25/4/2022 13:07 | This morning, Premier African Minerals issued an RNS wherein they have a JV with another co for their lithium licences in Zimbabwe. This JV co has to spend $250,000 or it lapses and accordingly this JV co tends to list assets on stock exchanges. So, there is interest in Zimbabwe lithium given Colin Bird also is interested via GLR. However, Mr Bird's interest is at Bikita whilst RRR is both at Bikita and another licence area closer to Acadia. --- Interesting to hear that Paul Johnson made big money on RRR as posted on this forum ? | jlondon
25/4/2022 11:07 | The crumbling GB£ against the US$ is favouring Red Rock when it comes to assets quoted in US$s, the AU$ has also strengthened against sterling. NBGC IPO, EOC IPO, El LImon Royalties and Musonoi DRC. The UK is missing the boat as interest rates should be set at 2.5% now. However the government and Bank of England remain concerned about interest payments on mounting debt. | noirua
25/4/2022 10:40 | A post of mine not all that long before Red Rock shares bounced from 0.18p to about 1.3p. Now at 0.375p could it happen again. I was £32K down though happily sold nearly all my 7.25 million share to end up well into plus territory: ---- Noirua - 28 Oct 2021 - 15:52:58 - 11613 of 12133 RED ROCK RESOURCES PLC - Information Thread - RRR the_debt_collector, When I held a lot of shares in Red Rock and Jupiter Mines and the shares kept dropping in price I was sensitive to posts by Torp and kemche. As posted before, down £32k and counting and still I bought more at 0.2p - earlier I bought at 0.85p and AB at 0.8p. From the above I truly understand what it is like when your share, probably over bought, declines 65% from highs - after all it happened to me. Hopefully RRR shares will go up further after today. I have no wish to step on your personal sensitivities be assured. Good luck with your investments! ---- A chart by poster Torp on 27 July 2020 as the rise to 1.3p began: | noirua
25/4/2022 10:33 | Despite the share price performance being terrible there is some demand for shares at under 0.4p. With between US$4.5m to US$15.5m may arrive at RRR on the Musonoi holding and some cash possible from the IPOs of NBGC and EOC, the shares are well worth a merry punt, IMHO. | noirua
22/4/2022 10:05 | The GB£ has fallen below $1.29 this morning. It takes quite a bit of working out as to whether that is favourable to Red Rock or not. Certainly if the $4.5 million is recovered in DRC it is. Also if the royalties ever arrive from El Limon and Mount Ida it is also. Money paid out to foreign domains may not be. Guessing it is favourable to see the GB£ plummet further. | noirua
22/4/2022 09:49 | Thanks for correcting me kemche on Jupiter Mines Limited. That is what happens when I fail to read an article completely. No excuses. | noirua
22/4/2022 07:32 | Under "Other":The Company no longer holds a material investment in Jupiter Mines. | kemche
22/4/2022 00:33 | Through its Australian operating subsidiary, Red Rock Australasia Pty Ltd, NBGC has a substantial licence footprint within the Victoria Goldfields, Australia. This comprises over 1,500km2 of granted exploration licences and circa 800km2 of licence applications. In December 2021, a diamond drill programme commenced targeting two prospects, further details of which can be viewed in the following link: A further detailed announcement is expected shortly covering latest developments from exploration work in Victoria. NBGC is seeking a listing in early Q3 2022 and is working with advisors in this regard. [Above information taken from PJ's Twitter 22/4/2022] | noirua
22/4/2022 00:22 | Link at #12126 doesn't work - a shame that. #12125 what does not? Anyway the Half Year Report will be out in the next 8 days/ 6 trading days so no worries. | noirua
21/4/2022 20:19 | "The Company no longer holds a material investment in Jupiter Mines." Under "Other" - the very last paragraph hoping no one would notice (with some success I see - even when told numerous times). | kemche
21/4/2022 20:14 | "The Company retains 5,870,693 Jupiter Mines Limited shares, with the current share price of Jupiter Mines Limited at AUD 0.225, which is 26% below the average price of Red Rock's recent sales." For the final time - it does not. | kemche
21/4/2022 19:40 | The header is now updated and contains up-to-date information provided by Red Rock Resources. The Half Year Report will be out in late April. Some additional information is to be added on DRC's other 3 tenements. Apart from this everything CURRENT is in the header. Nothing added on past assets no longer held - the only costs continuing on past assets is reparation for Greenland. | noirua
21/4/2022 17:40 | Well Paul Johnson seems to think there is going to be a weight of cash hit the junior resource sector shortly, share price rises will be like a Tsunami he suggests. Red Rock remain very quiet (especially about the Congo legal case/cash owed) given their claim last year that they would have so much news-flow they would not have the ability to write it up. Maybe Ettie is too busy tweeting on politics and his diverse viewpoints to worry about Red Rock Resources. | grimreaper2019
21/4/2022 15:29 | The header is being rearranged - completed | noirua
21/4/2022 12:31 | Despite the negativity, Red Rock remains undervalued. | noirua
21/4/2022 10:45 | That 25,000 was my sale. It had originally cost me £25,000 pre the 36 consolidations. The wife wanted some fish and chips - a small portion thank god. | kemche
21/4/2022 10:24 | I feel Ettie's dad will be as successful here as he was at RGM. If not more so. | kemche
21/4/2022 09:52 | Some words from the past to invigorate further discussion: | noirua
20/4/2022 16:49 | "the fruits of which are yet to be enjoyed" but enjoyed they very much are - for 17 bloody years. And all at the expense of the shareholders. The only thing ripening Frederick is dad. We all await the fundraising as we are now accustomed to do. 30 billion bloody shares! | kemche
20/4/2022 16:43 | The present market cap of Woodside is A$36 billion down from A$52 billion. It took 45 years to reach $52 billion and is now at A$36 billion after 57 years. Only at 40c in 1980 or 1982. So Red Rock has some time to go. Maybe a project will canter home eventually to great success - the market price does not indicate that at this stage. | noirua
20/4/2022 00:51 | I take umbrage at 'failed' since it carries a sense of final judgement and denouement. More gentlemanly conduct would be to say that Red Rock continues to work on achieving its untapped potential, the fruits of which are yet to be enjoyed but ripen every day. | atinos auntie ettie
19/4/2022 17:08 | All the sells were buys. No stock available. Whoosh! Consolidation here we come. GLA LTH'ers! | kemche
18/4/2022 09:59 | kemche, you are indeed right to point out the JMS debacle - my mind boggles. Mind you, if I hadn't sold some shares too soon I would now own many times the market cap of Red Rock so there you go. One I bought at 25c when a minnow sold at $1.80 and it reached $51 Oct 2009, just 11 years later, and entered the ASX20 - the share Woodside Petroleum. ( Woodside Lakes Entrance Oil was once a no hope failure in Gippsland and later BHP and Shell sold out, both were wrong as success came offshore in NW Australia. Red Rock has failed so far.) | noirua

17/4/2022 15:18 | kemche13 Apr '22 - 16:03 - 12102 of 12110 Edit 0 0 0 I think I may have found the answer: "The Company no longer holds a material investment in Jupiter Mines. " Just imagine if they did! | kemche |
