Of course, we must look at further hope in the future that may also come off - who knows. Victorian gold might IPO some time in the future. Money might eventually be received over Musonoi, DRC. The Canadian oil interest, quite small, might eventually IPO.
Other long-term hopes that so far have floundered: Iron Ore royalties though the holder of Mount Ida assets Juno Minerals has seen their shares flounder.
Cash must have been used quickly against NBGC in Victoria, DRC, and Kenya. HAVE MORE SHARES BEEN SOLD?

The Half Year Report is delayed ( or the company took the opportunity to delay ) - IT IS NEEDED OUT NOW!

Amulet was a huge success, as were Shyte Creek, Sweet factory etc. The list is endless.

Specific Red Rock failures were Steelmin and Greenland and both hurt the company's share price badly and caused investors heavy losses. There could be final successes in the future but who should be at the helm?

Jupiter, Kenya, Colombia, and Steelmin in 2018 - Steelmin now bust with a £1 million loss to Red Rock - no distribution ever made - Melville Greenland dead says AB. Considerable repudiation has been made by Red Rock to Greenland each year since then - a financial disaster.

It would be interesting to know how RRR voting is going for the AGM. The odds that AB will survive is difficult to access as some may view it practically as to whether his going now would be best or not. What could be gained or achieved? - or indeed - What could be lost or like nematodes can be beneficial or parasitic?

Elephant Oil Corporation:
Still no updating of the website.

The Half-Yearly report not being available at the late AGM this year gives pause for thought.

The Kenya drilling results as far as the most recent results of drilling are concerned are disappointing.

What shares held are sold and how many are held against loans desperately needs to be clarified in the next few days. Clarified by proven facts, not by jovial waffle.

The legal matters in DRC have been spoken about by AB. Since the last notification of an award to be paid nothing legally official has been distributed by RNS.

Unsatisfactory!

Joined the punt. I have notes that the share price has done nothing substantial for a decade and this will likely continue till they hit something. But I can have 50000 shares for £250 and RRR ever finds anything of note in the next decade and pops back up to £3-4 I will be able to pay my mortgage off with the proceeds. I've done a lot worse with £250 in my youth.

No fundraising required if the elephant oil float finally gets away in April. It's taken longer than anticipated to get to this stage!I believe the valuation of the RRR stake will be a pleasant surprise for shareholders!

Even though there is a lot of negativity RRR remains a jolly good punt despite having fallen several times before over the jumps. Usually at the last easy fence when well ahead. Carrying a lot of weight and may do well if the jockey AB can be persuaded not to ride. A 100-1 outsider but the price could come in quickly - it just has in fact.

Now four approx 2.5 million share sales this morning. A larger holder appears to be unloading. That is about 0.83% of shares in issue.

"The Company has reviewed its financial position and expects to have sufficient working capital available to it for the foreseeable future. "

The expectations are clearly there.

Two more 2.5 million share sales close to 0.4p are not inspiring confidence. The AGM is coming up very shortly.
Although funds may arrive from the DRC court case the market is looking at the overall situation concerning expenditure, outstanding loans, and assets frozen against the loans.
Also what assets have been sold and not yet disclosed.
Not knowing is worrisome and even more so if investors no longer have trust.
The Half Year Report has been put back and many would have hoped it would be out before the AGM. There are probably very good reasons for this HOWEVER...

The interview had a worrying cough and the interviewer used the word 'mediocre' in reference to recent Kenya drilling. That does, unfortunately, sum it all up really unless the gold price takes off to $3,000.

Anyway, Jupiter was up another 5% to 27.5c. So if all the shares have not been flogged off Yipee! on that front don't you think #kemche? - err crown jewels and all that. 36c looks in the bag IMHO.

Mr Bell seems very confident that Elephant Oil will list within weeks and the court cases in the Congo will prove very lucrative for the company.

A range of circa $10m to £200m in damages is discussed for Red Rock concerning the legal claims in Congo.

Mr Bell seems to think the stake in Elephant Oil could be very significant, reluctant to offer a guide but has said historically $2m+
