So there will be news next week, the Juno listing on the ASX.

As per my maiden post here I feel investments and project pipeline are worth considerably more than the current market value of the listed entity Red Rock.

If the entire portfolio can be hived out via listing, as flagged, then Red Rock are in effect 'sitting tenants' across a wide suite of in demand resource projects.

Where the share price could go is anyone's guess but the current valuation seems far too low all things considered.

Market size has reduced significantly on the buy side, that tells you all you need to know.

There is a stack of news ahead.

The timetable for the Juno listing can be found on page 10, in the link below, it is next week.

There appears to be a great deal of news ahead for Red Rock, I like their tie up with Power Metals, Paul Johnson has delivered stunning gains for his shareholders at Metal Tiger and now Power.

Bell referred to the listing of Juno, Red Rock will be issued shares, trading commences next week.

Looks like the IPO will be a success, worth £100's of thousands to Red Rock PLC according to Bell.

It is interesting that folks only buy when the share price is already on the risers leader board despite the obvious investment proposition.

In recent interviews the CEO has stated he wants to drive RRR to mid cap status, this means in excess of £50m m/cap, that is not as far fetched as some believe, look at the projects and investments Red Rock hold.

It is worth noting a number of entities have been very happy to take large lines of stock at current levels.

This could trade at 3p (£30m m/cap) and still be considered cheap, note in the recent interview how the CEO referred to his involvement in the early days at Greatland Gold, we all know what happened there !!

RRR is dirt cheap.

The company does appear to be making increasingly bullish statements.

Current price seems a good entry point ahead of a potentially meaningful re-rate.

From the recent results..........

'Progress continues with the planned IPO of our subsidiary Red Rock Australasia Pty Ltd, and we would expect the crystallisation of the value of our holding there upon a listing to give a valuation uplift significant in relation to our market value

With three IPOs to look forward to from our holdings, 2021 is likely to be a strong year for the Company, with liquidity continuing to increase in the second half of the year, and a medium-term target of £20m for cash and liquid investments'

RRR basher 'Kemche' was bashing CRCL relentlessly and then BINGO, the shares rose from .90p to 2.5p in 8 trading days.

Anyone who takes any notice of these detractors need their head examined.

Buy low sell high, did it at CRCL and am well positioned at RRR now !!!

2p+ coming soon.

Dammit, you've got me. I looked at the 7 year history and thought how can we not buy in here especially as the same man is still in charge! What a fine history of performance he has and he always looking for shareholder value.

The bashers are probably buying RRR right now just like they did at Corcel when it moved from sub 1p to 2.4p in short time.

How strange when Corcel shares were surging they all went quiet as lambs, the same will happen here.

Another interview today, Bell suggests the investment portfolio is currently worth £4m-£5m and implies it could be worth £10m with the float of the Aussie project in Canada.

He also hints at flotations of other projects.

I call BS debt collector

You can use the London Stock Market Calculator to determine both AIM listing Admission fees and on-going Annual Fees. Whack in a £10m MCAP into that calculator and it returns an annual AIM listing fee of £9000

Granted there are also costs for Nomad, insurance etc

This has just been released..

'Red Rock is in the perfect position, with plenty of catalysts waiting in the wings that could trigger a significant re-rate from its current £10.2 million market cap. The Congo JVs alone stands to benefit not only from any strong drill results and production in the DRC, but also increasing demand from the EV space keeping prices high'

Worse still the financially redundant and bitter ex holders are posting lies concerning overhead costs at RRR.

This post taken from LSE shows G&A costs are low.

It costs EVERY AIM company £250k/£300k for it's annual listing, that is a well know fact, Nomad, Advisors etc

Recent salaries for RRR have been modest - Bell base salary was £82k in 2020, same in 2019 - total director base salaries were £183,000 in 2020 - comparable to many peers.

G&A costs (which include those salaries) were £600k for both 2020 and 2019 - again comparable to peers.

The running costs of Red Rock are no different to most other junior resource stocks.

The bashers were saying the same about the BOD at CRCL but the shares price moved from .50p to 2.4p in quick time.

Entry point timing on AIM is essential, I spotted CRCL early and RRR now sits in the same position, news flow will be a share price driver, there will be plenty here.

Buy low sell high.

Noirua, Can he raise the £20 million though (£10 million net after "Admin expenses")?

Ambitious if you ask me. How many mugs are still left? Have they not all been fleeced yet?

RRR is intending to build up at least £10 million in cash: A figure AB alluded to in a recent podcast. A figure of around £60 million market cap is the company's aim.

Assets are in copper and gold and that seems to be the right metals to be in. RRR's holdings in POW are now valued at around £800k and they have interests in Gold, silver, nickel, and copper.
Red Rock also has investments in gold, manganese, and iron ore to round up the holdings.

lol debt-collector

Desperate stuff

Nothing will ever change here. Not until the BOD is removed in its entirety

The £millions will just continue to disappear via Admin and Expenses. Last year £597,000 went on Admin. Remind me again what income this POS has???
