I spotted CRCL around .80p and exited at 2p+ mid April, am acquiring here, can see 50%-100% upside in short time once the news-flow starts hitting the market.

Just wait and see, the CRCL board was invested with bashers also.

From 2012 to 2019 RRR raised over £16m via confetti issues and dilution and the like

In the same period RRR spent over £12m on Admin and Expenses

That's pretty much all anyone needs to know imho.

There will never imho be any shareholder value because of that situation.

Nominal share price was lowered from 0.1p to 0.01p so that dilution could continue

Shares were subsequently consolidated

This is for me, a total sucker share

How can anyone with any sanity advise on investing here with Bell still involved? Everyone knows the score now surely?

Update: It looks as if Mount Ida is included in the Juno Minerals IPO.

I'm expecting RRR to draw down the remaining US$900,000 of the Riverfort/ YA Global loan if they haven't already done so. With the costs in Australia, DRC, and Kenya plus the £200,000 to convert the Pow warrants, there looks like a need to sell an asset or interest in it during the second half of 2021.

Thanks Noirua

I was looking at the sum of the parts breakdown, it seems to me the real value kick will come from the listing of the Aussie gold licences which Power Metals have a interest in.

I note the same entities bashing RRR bashed Corcel PLC, nonetheless anyone buying Corcel PLC around the lows would have 4 bagged their cash just recently.

I have a few sector related investments and have 'won' more than I have lost by entry point timing. I prefer producers but every now and then these minnows can make a nice breakout in price.

RRR is bombed out and has not appreciated as much as others in the sector rally, recently the investment proposition here seems more compelling especially the tie up with well followed Power Metals.

Will take some RRR tomorrow if the market allows reasonable size.

Then of course there are the "Admin fees". Who could possibly forget those? Certainly not Ettie. But everyone else apparently.

How curious! Just get on with it and get it done for gawd's sake!

Hi Goldenshread et al, The problem working out the TRUE value of Red Rock's shareholdings is that a large part is held against loans that start to be repayable from June 2021.

Juno shares IPO on 10/5/2021 at 25c a share and are worth about £120,000. It is very uncertain what price they will close at on the first day of trading.

Jupiter shares are worth 15,024,000 equals about £2,800,000 and Power Metal shares and warrants worth £587,000 shares and warrants £270,000. 6,302,000 shares in RRR and 20,000,000 shares in POW are held against loans to Riverfort and YA. The loan amounts to US$2 million and US$1.1 million was drawn down on 20 November 2020 and the present position is unknown.
If RRR converts the warrants in POW they must do so in May or lose them.

The royalties to be paid by Soma are presently being paid. About US$2,950,000 ( £2,130,000 ) is still to be paid. See page 54 of RRR's last Annual report for details.

Corcell PLC shares worth about £70,000.

Soma shares were nearly all given away to cover costs and can be disregarded.

All other interests are unquoted. They include royalties for iron ore production at Mount Ida, WA plus a sum of USD8 million should full production start. As beneficiation is required the costs would be high and delay about 2 years to full production.

Interest in DRC, Victoria Australia, and Kenya are not known. Elephant oil has no real value at present.

The investments are worth £3,751,000 minus US$2 million loan plus about US$300,000 interest plus charges = £2,090,000. If the US$2.95 million royalties are added the two figures are £5,880.000 and £4,220,000.
Exchange rates are very much on the move at present AUD USD GBP. Rates used AUD1.80 = £1.00 USD1.385 = £1.00.

RRR has losses of around £33 million ( lower due to last year's profit ) that can be used against future profits. )

Has anyone worked out the value of Red Rock's investment portfolio verses their £11m market cap.

As far as I can ascertain they hold stakes in

Power Metals
Jupiter Mines
Juno
Elephant Oil (due to be listed)
Royalty interests, a decent royalty can be sold for £500k-£1m

Surely that lot equates to circa £4m-£5m

They are also floating a 52% stake in their very prospective Aussie Licences, could attain a £8m-£10m m/cap (at least)

Also have a extensive project portfolio which seems to valued be at sod all, despite recent encouraging updates, Kenya could be worth more than the current m/cap.

This might be a decent 'punt' over the next month or two as lots of news is expected.

Juno Minerals Limited ASX: JNO, 918,954 shares estimated held by Red Rock Resources PLC. This figure expects that RRR retained all rights to dividends and Juno shares for those held against loans.
Website:
Jupiter Mines Limited ASX: JMS
See page 54 of the latest Annual report of Red Rock. 6,302,000 shares in Jupiter Mines ASX: JMS held by Riverfort and YA against loans. This would make 15,024,914 shares ( including the 6,302,000 ) in November 2020. See last Annual Report of Jupiter Mines Limited - 8,722,914 shares as of June 2020 - ( Loan repayable in installments from June 2021 )
Page 80.

( NB: Above is from the latest figures presented by Jupiter Mines Limited and Red Rock Resources PLC that I know of. They may have changed since the Annual Reports were made public in late 2020. )

It is thought that Red Rock's shares in Juno are held in escrow for 12 months.

If you wish to clarify any of the above then please go to the latest Annual Reports of Jupiter Mines Limited and Red Rock Resources PLC. Information is available in detail in Red Rock's Annual Report that includes updates to November 2020. Information may have altered after November 2020.

23 APRIL 2021 - Red Rock Resources (RRR.L) Australian JV – Update on Exploration

· The programme objectives were to identify southern extensions to the main lode systems of Ballarat East through looking for low level gold anomalism and pathfinder elements and to evaluate the relative effectiveness of XRF and MMI testing in the region, as part of a programme of work to constrain the areas to be drill tested later in the year.

· A total of 1,024 soil and rock chip samples were collected in EL007271 and EL007281 in the old Monmouth/Enfield and O’Laughlin/Scotsburn mining areas for X-ray Fluorescence (“XRF”) and Mobile Metal Irons (“MMI”) testing as follows:

– 142 soil samples have been collected to date in EL007281 with rock chip sampling, mapping and sampling of road cuttings continuing at present.
– 882 soil samples have been collected in EL007271 of which 84 have been sent for MMI analysis.
· Sample analysis results are expected to be received in the coming weeks.
· Preparation of work plan and stakeholder engagement for trenching around Monmouth.

RRAL Director Dave Holden comments: “Increasing evidence from previously unknown workings of east-west lines of mineralization at Monmouth, in an area where the main geological trend runs north-south, has been an interesting outcome of our work to date, and is being actively followed up.

1 March 2021 - My own latest valuation for RRR was 1.05p to 2.5p. Now at 1.3p to 2.5p.
Due to the increase in the copper price and advancement of Australian assets my personal valuation for RRR is 1.8p to 3.5p. The Mikei Gold interest looks more certain to advance.

The shares of RRR are mildly up this morning in anticipation of news as AB is in DRC after his conference call on 28 April. The copper price is at a 5-year peak. The value of Musonoi may now be higher than the market cap of RRR at present.
