Unfortunately the gold price has tanked. So that puts any float on that there TSX in the bottom drawer for the time being. The CLN holders have stupidly failed to convert at 0.6p a share and they look to have missed the boat. At least Jupiter shares and POW share are worth a fair chunk of cash and the POW warrants - the warrants at the moment but the market is starting to tread water.

The alternative though by Clunes100 about having 'skin in the game' is a just one because gold can turn on a sixpence. Also JMS shares are holding their ground at slightly higher levels.

Bell is playing his end game cards...............

He must be looking forward to retirement and I am sure he is already comfortably well off in that department, however, I am sure he both wants to go out with a bang and have an extremely comfortable retirement.

RRR has a few game changing prospects, Bell needs at least one of these to come to fruition and his stake is worth £430,000 for every 1p rise in share price plus future salary and consultancy fees.

If RRR is going to have a success, the cards are now being played and funded by the JMS shares until other JV's or revenue is in place.

We are in the end game and the the one arm bandit has been pulled and we'll know in the next 12 months if we have made or lost a fortune, but you have to have some skin in the game to enjoy the highs and lows of the ride with Bell.

Red Rock Resources Plc, the natural resource development company with interests in gold, manganese and copper, announces that today a team mobilised to Red Rock's 80% owned Luanshimba license in the south-east of the Democratic Republic of Congo, to begin a programme of geophysics to follow up the strong copper and cobalt anomalism identified in the southern part of the license by a programme of termite mound sampling in late 2018.

I'm wondering here why? This is because RRR have enough on its plate getting to a JORC resource on Musonoi which is now not that far off two years late being achieved.
Extra costs for such an early stage at Luanshimba is worth questioning.

The present gold and silver shares market is very weak at present as gold continues its relentless fall from grace. If there is no improvement Red Rock will need to shelve its intended float of Australian tenements early into 2021.

PROGRESS REPORT - African Exploration Assets 15 June2018

Red Rock also announces, further to its announcement of 26 June 2015, that a revision to its agreement with Kansai Mining Corporation ("Kansai") of 20 June 2015 ("2015 Agreement") was executed on 11 June 2018 ("2018 Agreement").

The effect of the revision is that Kansai exchanges its 25% carried interest in the mineral assets of Mid Migori Mining ("MMM" and "Assets") under the 2015 Agreement for a USD50,000 payment, leaving Red Rock with a 100% interest.In the event of a renewal or reissue of licenses covering the Assets the Company will within three months make further payments, subject to such renewal or reissue not being on unduly onerous terms, as follows: (1) USD2.5m payable in cash, (2) a USD1m promissory note payable 15 months after issue, and (3) GBP500,000 of warrants into Red Rock shares at a price 20% above their average closing price on the three trading days prior to issue.

Looking at 3) it does seem that RRR should have issued GBP500,000 shares at 20% above their average closing price. 0.775p x 120% = 0.93p.

RRR have issued the following: -- Grant to Kansai of GBP500,000 of warrants exercisable for 30 months into Shares at 0.7p a Share. [71,428,571 shares]

This is not in accordance to the agreement!

Red Rock Resources plc Issue of Shares, Warrants, update on Kenya and TVR
-- Payment of GBP25,000 to Kansai by the issue of 3,571,429 Red Rock shares ("Shares") at a price of 0.7p a Share;
-- Issue of a $1,000,000 Promissory Note payable in fifteen months to Kansai;
-- Grant to Kansai of GBP500,000 of warrants exercisable for 30 months into Shares at 0.7p a Share. [ 71,428,571 shares ]

In addition, Red Rock has issued to Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC Limited and YA II PN Limited a total of 16,000,000 thirty six month warrants, exercisable as to half at a price of 1.6 pence a Share, and as to half at a price of 2.4 pence a Share, in consideration of the extension of existing facilities and grant of a six month repayment holiday on drawn amounts.

Following the issue of the 3,571,429 new Ordinary Shares, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 825,338,881 ordinary shares of 0.01p each with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury.

I managed to sell my 2m holding at 1p and made a reasonable profit. I just lost trust in the management. But I have to say, the price has held up well and maybe I will live to regret it. Good luck to any holders, one that got away from me maybe. By the way, you are welcome over to JLP, GLR or KAV which i think all will do really well. Notice i couldn't say the same about PREM but who knows?

A huge gold nugget named the Welcome Nugget weighing 68.98 Kilograms - 2217.7585 troy ounces was found at Ballarat in June 1858. Today it is worth in weight. Valued at US$1890 ounce = US$4,191,563.57.
