01/9/2020 23:07 | Noirua, Can you include ALL the fundraises under Bell so that any prospective buyer can judge the success he has made of it. Thanks. | kemche
01/9/2020 14:16 | I use HL, i think the fee was £11.95 Tried a couple of fill or kills at 0.097 and 0.096 and both failed, then changed to the ask which was at 0.095 and went through within 5 mins. Just not sure I trust the man in charge who i think is taking far too much out of the company. Will be peeved of course if it bags from here. Made 7% in all after 2 years, never a bagger for me | the bull
01/9/2020 13:38 | Howdy Torp, Thank you so very much for your response. I must respectfully point out that the HEADER is now without personal opinion and your excellent comments can not be integrated into it. Sorry to say that your post is therefore without merit in this regard. However, it does provide an excellent warning to current investors and one is grateful for it - Thank you. | noirua
01/9/2020 13:34 | Well done The Bull you did just great there. Wish I'd timed it that well. I'm still holding 576,000 shares with my telephone broker and they are at the highest price I paid for Red Rock shares and are in profit now at 0.95p - I'm charged 0.5% brokerage. The broker is good at getting pre-market and after-market shares on NYSE and AMEX. | noirua
01/9/2020 13:30 | just offloaded my 2M at 0.95 good luck all | the bull
01/9/2020 13:27 | Torp I agree which is why I'm not in at the moment, but I do think there are merit in some of these projects so waiting for the right time hopefully. | fenton1234
01/9/2020 13:17 | A decent effort in the header Noirua but you neglect to mention: 1. The El Limon royalty is a tiny trickle that will imho likely take over 100 years to recoup the £3m. There ARE figures of how much has been recouped so far and it's an absolute pittance. You should post up those figures. 2. The Mt Ida royalty is a red herring as the project has been mothballed since 2012 by Jupiter and they mothballed when the iron ore price was around 120-140. So until iron ore prices recover to at least 120-140 the project is going nowhere. Kemche is imho correct. I think a mega placing is highly likely which is why the share is being pumped by the usual suspects. The share price will fall like a lead balloon if/when it is announced. Note that 13% holder Peter Gyllenhammer just dumped his shares. James Asquith reduced his holding to less than 3% which allows him to buy/sell without notification. Ramper Helpful on LSE doesn't even hold 3% either which again lets him ramp away and buy/sell constantly without notification if he wishes. All pretty obvious what's going on to me but each to their own as always. If people want to follow the ramping shysters then that's their lookout. Interesting that Kemche mentioned forward selling. Cornhill (now renamed to Pello) who are the brokers here, were fined over £200,000 by the FCA for forward selling a placing at New World Oil a while ago. The placing was voted down by shareholders leaving Cornhill in trouble. Here at RRR confetti is pre-authorised at every yearly AGM so placings can go ahead whenever they want, no problem. There's no shareholder vote involved because it already happened at the AGM ages ago. The company only had £139k in the bank as at 31st Dec and was burning through cash for ADMIN at a rate of £47,000 a month. Do the math. With the £2.5m needed for Kenya and naff all cash only an idiot would not realise that a mega fundraise must be imminent imho. Still there are always fools believing the ramped "jam tomorrow" BS Easy money for the sharks imho Tick tock DYOR | torp
01/9/2020 12:50 | The header now covers virtually all the assets etc., held by Red Rock or future possible liabilities or royalties due - in shortened form. Let me know if I've forgotten something that has Value. I'm investigating the areas held by RRR and POW in Victoria, Australia. A person I've contact with should know whether it is worth a drilling gamble just from past mapping. | noirua
01/9/2020 11:52 | He's gone to buy some shares :- | graylyn1
01/9/2020 11:33 | No stock available. All gone. Whoosh! | kemche
01/9/2020 11:22 | Wheres Torp gone!! | ianpuddifoot
01/9/2020 10:46 | Whoosh! And no sight of a fundraising. Or forward selling. | kemche
01/9/2020 09:16 | 0.95p............. and the sun is shining! | clunes100
01/9/2020 08:42 | 0.92p............... | clunes100
30/8/2020 05:28 | Only one left now. Noirua, can you recommend the pills please? | kemche
29/8/2020 20:20 | In the header, no mention of potential Jupiter iron royalties and no mention of significant tax losses to right off. Given the right circumstances these are worth several times the market cap. | clunes100
29/8/2020 14:24 | Header is now updated to make matters clearer and without comment or opinion. At this stage I've no idea how matters will play out. | noirua
28/8/2020 22:39 | "I did predict a new uptrend was about to commence at the time!" Had you predicted such a thing at any other time Bellend? | kemche
28/8/2020 21:42 | Fantastic share price performance since April, albeit not a complete surprise. I did predict a new uptrend was about to commence at the time! To those who have benefited by buying Red Rock and seen their portfolios multiply this year, you're most welcome. | atinos auntie ettie
28/8/2020 20:04 | "interesting assets that may yet surprise us." Admittedly most have only shocked us. | kemche
28/8/2020 19:42 | Toupee, sorry you have missed out on the recent rally, it must be upsetting for you, however, I think your last post was your best so far, if Bell had not been so free with the cash, we'd be in much better shape now. Next update will be interesting and RRR still has some interesting assets that may yet surprise us. | clunes100
28/8/2020 17:02 | The dilution is going to be massive imho if/when it comes. Company only had £139k in the bank 7/8 months ago and was spending cash on Admin at the rate of £47,000 a month. Do the math. You have to wonder whether Bell has been pawning off the JMS shares in the background, which would be unlikely to go down well with investors and markets. He pawned off 1.5m of them last year and didn't directly RNS the fact so you just can't have any confidence as to what is going on. Bell didn't RNS loans and transactions made with Amulet Diamonds He didn't RNS a large £1.1m loan to Steelmin He didn't RNS Steelmin going into Administration You're just so blind here when investing because you can't tell what loans or events have happened. I don't know how he gets away with it TBH. Lots of cash is apparently needed for Migori now that the Prospecting Licenses have been renewed. Where will it come from??? My view is that Bell will dilute shareholders as night follows day and so I wouldn't personally want to be holding here when it happens. But believe what you will of course. Just do your research well. DYOR | torp
28/8/2020 11:29 | Funny as hell! Bravo Noirua. | kemche |
