09/10/2020 10:51 | LMAO Noirua You appear to be getting bitter again. Has the share price sunk too quick for you to get out profitably perhaps? SP is clearly heading down to 0.6p levels imho because that's the conversion price for the £830,000 (plus 12% interest) worth of Convertible Loan Notes. The deadline for their conversion is now only 2 months away or so. Can't imagine there are many mugpunters out there who want to buy shares above that price and thereby give CLN holders a quick easy profit when they do convert. And how far will the £1 million go that Bell just raised ? I suspect more will be needed. More dilution or more selling of Jupiter shares or both? What do you think? DYOR | torp
09/10/2020 09:22 | Red Rock shares have recovered well. Some may have sold their shares as low as 0.15p against a recent bid price of 1.05p and may have lost money or the opportunity. Negative posters like Torp and others should in my opinion compensate these investors. | noirua
06/10/2020 14:48 | The only real gamble here, it is a big one, is the float of the Australian assets on to the Canadian TSX. Cost overall is about C$600,000 to C$700,000 to be shared with POW. These are principally gold exploration tenements and the reason why buoyancy in the gold price is important into 2021. Everything is covered in the Header without personal opinion. Good, bad and indifferent. Once again I express my sorrow to those who invested too much in Red Rock and timed their investment very badly indeed. It does happen to all of us occasionaly and I perfectly understand, in fact stand with you - good fortune going forward. | noirua
06/10/2020 14:44 | Noirua back to his old tricks again. Didn't take long did it?!! Shameless to the end. Perhaps Noirua could point out to the readers here where the fantastic 400% rise is on this 10yr chart: I'm struggling to see it. Must be my failing eyesight in old age. Too tricky Noirua? ok well here, try this one. The 8yr chart: Can we see it there? It surely isn't that pathetic little dribble right over on the right side is it? surely not! You surely wouldn't be such a lame person as to be trying to pull the wool over people's eyes over such an infinitesimally small blip compared to the extraordinarily huge amount of value lost here. The fact is that the share price destruction here is catastrophic. The value lost by this BOD and its perpetual "business model" is simply appalling. That the BOD have not resigned over that dire performance is astounding but obviously not remotely surprising. That the large investors have not ousted/removed the BOD is equally astounding and more fool them for not doing so. Noirua is essentially trying to take the utterly desperate tack of waxing lyrical about the equivalent situation of a share going from 1p to 4p when the share had already plummeted and been destroyed from £2.00 It's disingenuous, cowardly and utterly pathetic. Like a hopeless broke gambler trying to tell people how he's just made £100 on the roulette wheel but hiding the fact that he's already lost £10,000 over the past few years. Time you hung up your boots here Noirua. You've been an embarrassment from the outset and will never concede the reality here. Thank goodness there will always be lots of posters ready to say it like it is and counter your misleading twaddle. Nothing will ever change here, until and unless the BOD are removed. DYOR . | torp
06/10/2020 13:07 | Why should it be important? It has FA to do with it. | kemche
06/10/2020 13:05 | The gold price is important to RRR and POW. If it continues to rise then great, if it slumps they are _______d. | noirua
06/10/2020 12:21 | Especially if I have endlessly, ceaselessly, continuously encouraged others into this utter POS! | kemche
06/10/2020 12:18 | Detractors were hard at work when RRR tumbled to just 0.175p. They continued working just as hard, and the result, the shares rose over 400% to 1.05p. After the cash raising the shares fell back though it was known already what the position was. My holding is small now so I'm not bothered and was content, not happy, to bank profits in March 2018 and more recently this year. If money is lost on shares, and I'm down A$67,000 on one share down under and £21,000 on Oxus Gold: I always blame myself as it was me who clicked the mouse to buy and of course sell. Never ever look to blame beyond oneself if investing in the high risk mining sector. Compounded if it is a microcap in the sector. -- Meanwhile gold is holding up in the $1,900 - $1,920 range and this will be a major factor in getting the Aussie assets away on the TSX. | noirua
05/10/2020 13:05 | Noirua - thanks for clarifying. | kemche
05/10/2020 13:00 | Hi kemche, I'm older than Andrew Bell. Maybe only a few minutes so he may be my long lost twin. Thanks for your prompting. A concern now closed. Meanwhile... | noirua
05/10/2020 12:40 | Noirua - is Bellend your dad? | kemche
05/10/2020 11:31 | No dream is too big. No challenge is too great. Nothing we want for our future is beyond our reach. Andrew Bell - or it may have been Donald Trump. | noirua
04/10/2020 18:29 | Or alternatively, just remove Bell and the entire BOD who have for 15 years made a complete shambles of this share and simply diluted shareholders to utter oblivion. It's telling when the only way shameless rampers can promote a share is to instead promote the actions of a completely different company (Jupiter). Good grief, given a choice of investing in this lifestyle travesty of a share or directly in Jupiter it would surely be the latter every day of the week and twice on Sundays ! Tick tock, CLN's still to be converted at 0.6p I predict more confetti dilution will come too. Warrants sat at 0.9p Warrants sat at 1.2p Nothing ever changes DYOR | torp
04/10/2020 15:40 | Red Rock remains a gamble. The big call here is whether this float on to the TSX matches up to AB's expectation or whether we are left with just expectorations. If it all goes great guns then the shares are favorites to do very well. Much can happen as the Australian tenements are quite large tracts of land and drilling must be done but not before many millions of dollars are spent. The best way may be to throw all gold interests held by POW and RRR into the one melting pot float on the TSX. A very big gamble would be to put POW and RRR into one lot to float on the TSX - AB and PJ would need to be mining tough nuts to go for that. | noirua
03/10/2020 21:46 | SP another 5% down yesterday Looks likely it will sink down to 0.6p levels imho The oh so obvious expected dilutive placing has now been announced Now the £830,000 (plus 12% interest) worth of CLNs remain to be converted at 0.6p I estimate that will generate some 150m more shares when it happens Can't see any point buying above 0.6p personally but each to their own. The drip drip loss of Jupiter shares must be concerning for some. When they're gone, they're gone. Then what?!! Doesn't look good to me but others may think otherwise. | torp
02/10/2020 17:16 | Noirua, Is he your dad? | kemche

02/10/2020 15:48 | When to Get Emergency Help | noirua
02/10/2020 14:51 | The CLNs were dire being issued as they were at 10% interest and having been rolled over a full 3 times, this latter year having had the interest rate increased to 12%. Just look at the amount frittered on interest there for £1m worth of CLNs !!! And where is that £1m now? Gone. Frittered away like all the other £millions that this BOD have had in their grubby little hands. Doubtless lost to ridiculous salaries, admin and expenses. Half Year Report earlier this year stated that RRR only had £139k cash. Just so utterly laughable. Now all that remains is for those CLNs to generate 150m or so shares at 0.6p when they are converted. You couldn't make it up! As others have stated elsewhere, it's nothing but a gravy train lifestyle venture for the BOD More dilution will be coming of that I am confident DYOR | torp
02/10/2020 14:36 | torp - was not fooled even for an instant. He has form as you rightly say. It was the pretence I was calling out. But ever the pachyderm he will not feel it. | kemche
02/10/2020 14:27 | @Kemche If you were fooled by Noirua's pretence then more fool you. Noirua has long form and would not change his spots any more than Bell himself | torp |
