30/5/2014 16:54 | A positive day across almost all group companies with the small exception of RSL whose time will come, as new investors perhaps are encountering the portfolio and seeing the assets with fresh eyes without the despondency which may muddy the waters and make the majority miss the opportunity at these prices. It may of course be the case that some will elect to improve on their averages, in which event they should continue to do so, for a listed company is a product in a market and consumers must consume that product for the market to function. Whether it is a purchase made as an investment or to maybe trade, there is opportunity for all to make money, regardless of their class or social stratification as a share price does not discriminate. Further, the more shares bought the greater one's potential profit. | atinos auntie ettie
30/5/2014 15:56 | ? Columbian assets now being valued into the price | kiwimonk
30/5/2014 15:51 | bones30 look at the share price graphs, RGM follows in the wake of RRR. Until we have some good news of our own over there to break the link I am sure that will continue. | soulsauce
30/5/2014 15:45 | Really? Why? Is it a big part of the RGM NAV? Correct me if I'm wrong. Anyone spot that 5m buy order on RGM on L2 that's been there most of today? | bones30
30/5/2014 15:44 | Atino nothing of the sort and I think you have taken my gratitude too much at face value. It will no doubt be very short lived or the precursor to some more dilution of some kind - hope not. That said I am not naive and I know that for RGM to get anywhere where we need it to be we need a stronger RRR - unfortunately!! | soulsauce
30/5/2014 15:17 | ...funny how there's no complaints (...from RGM eggheads)...when RRR rises:-) ...but 'when' RGM goes down....(apparently. ...perhaps one day...RGM would like to 'return' the favour...and create a RISE of its ''''OWN''''...if EVER!! LOL *__^ (...but oops, i forgot !)...it has stayed...'FLAT CHESTED' [without RRRs previous help] ALL it's phecking LIFE TIME - hasn't it??:-) | atino
30/5/2014 15:11 | Nice rise today, long may it continue. | soulsauce
29/5/2014 23:02 | Love the headline "Positive" Bad management rules here! | dimmerginger
29/5/2014 16:20 | £1.8m net NPV over 9 year mine life and that's based on the whole resource inventory despite half of it being in the dodgy inferred category with none at all in measured. If standard parameters were used (depletion, no inferred, etc) it'd be minus figures. June 2013: "RRR's Mikei Project includes Inferred Resources that are too speculative geologically to have economic considerations applied." (SRK Consulting) May 2014: we applied economic considerations to the inferred to help the NPV along. | bam bam rubble
29/5/2014 16:01 | And in those few months dilute to pay the wages....can you really not see that ? | kezman01
29/5/2014 15:59 | Johndee 29 May'14 - 15:49 - 4851 of 4851 0 0(premium) Give it a few months. LOL!! One good RNS would be a start because that certainly wasn't. | soulsauce
29/5/2014 15:49 | Will need several really good news RNS's now to shift this share price Give it a few months. | johndee
29/5/2014 15:47 | The mm's initially put the share price up to try and encourage buying but it did not work and the buyers needed a lower share price and waited for it. | johndee
29/5/2014 15:37 | If it's not it is a family member or someone extremely close. Funny he should mention 'cutting it's cloth'. I mentioned this to AB many moons ago in countless emails which were ignored and phrases like 'explore or such companies die' were passed off in countless replies as well as the good old 'wait and see' lol. Now if only he had listened then instead of realising now and hoping for the mining market to turn, which it never has. Another nothing RNS to do nothing to overturn the destruction caused by countless dilutions. | soulsauce
29/5/2014 15:17 | YA will sell into any rise. | kezman01
29/5/2014 15:08 | Finally some buying. | johndee
29/5/2014 15:06 | I agree, it's not. | bones30
29/5/2014 15:04 | Seconded Jimbo. It's highly amusing to read his pretentious drivel. It's surely not AB though, despite the speculation? | fangorn2
29/5/2014 15:02 | I love reading Atinos auntie Ettie's posts. They are such high-calibre BS they're actually mildly entertaining. :) | jimbo55
29/5/2014 14:33 | Excellent ........so the bod will cut their salaries...good to hear. | kezman01
29/5/2014 14:17 | This should be seen as good news. Proof the Nyanza project is potentially viable thus proceeds on that basis with renewed justification, optimism enriched. The net present value maybe is below what some would have hoped for, nonetheless there is scope for improvement through more exploration and a higher gold price. In an investment climate in which junior companies must cut according to its cloth, this is an embodiment of such. On a risk weighted viewpoint, less is sometimes more. The move toward becoming a pure play gold exploration company is perhaps better understood now and seen as well intentioned with high cost icy climes replaced by far lower capital expenditure in a lower risk commodity class. | atinos auntie ettie
29/5/2014 14:14 | Never mind stonybroke, better luck next time. | mikemichael2
29/5/2014 14:09 | Why do buys register as sells here on ADVFN. Surely it`s simple? You buy it`s blue if you sell it`s red. How come buys are registered RED here? It`s a false representation of market trading. | stonedyou
29/5/2014 13:53 | I would look at the selling trades more carefully most are buys! | stonedyou |
