Auntie, shareholder support should be given when it is deserved. Greenland and Colombia have been financial disasters for the company and it's shareholders, thats why shareholders aren't rushing to give the company their support.

Lets see some value creation on a per share basis and then shareholder support will come naturally.

Regards

Wriglet

I am supportive, but my wallet is exhausted and empty and my expectations and enthusiasm have been slowly crushed through more and more dilution and no value being realised.

Now how much has the wallet of AB benefitted and how supportive has he been in buying both in the open market and taken placings here at RRR?

"Shareholder support is requisite to help smooth out the processing of equity devices if or when in motion. "

What the hell does that even mean?

Why not just say that shareholder support is required to prop up the share price when you're in the middle of yet another SEDA raise or some other form of dilutive financing.

" Be as supportive as you can be."

Seriously.....

Good to see Red Rock spending a bit on sponsorship with Nottinghamshire Outlaws T20 cricket team. Quite appropriate.

"If you want a good laugh read the LSE board with particular reference to yesterdays RNS. Comedy gold.
It's incredible how many seriously thick people there are in this world."

Kezman01 - that should include people who have no interest in a company/share waste their days chatting to anonymous people on a bulletin board. How thick can you get.

More on the deal. The royalty (capped at $1m) looks to be 3% of revenue earned
by the holding company being sold, i.e. 3% of 50%, or 1.5% of the mine's total.
The key word in the RNS being the reference to 'net' revenue not gross revenue.

Over 2011-2013 that royalty would have generated an average of c.£48k per year
so could take 13 years to get the whole amount. With it being a negligible sum
and uncertainty if RRR will even remain listed over that long period let alone
the mine remain in production, or in its current structure (if someone resells
the license a royalty in outer holding companies get cancelled) that final $1m
of the $5m sale amount can be ignored.

The deal is basically a buyer paying face value to take a $2.8m loan receivable
secured over 50% interest, and $1.2m to acquire further 48.5% revenue interest.
