The twitter profile looks genuine to me as it goes back years. The inbox in that tweet also looks genuine. Found this by searching the username;

After all...RRR 'nil value asset' (in colombia) is being SOLD OFF [for $5million] ^__^ and won't be kept on the books, any longer....pretty soon *__*


But WHAT ABOUT RGMs...'nil value asset' (in Mambare) *__^ ???? - looks like...RGM will 'HOLD ON' to that 'asset' in their books - with NO SALE or JV partner in sight !!! hahahah LOL

Like most AIM microcaps the share prices go up on promotion and down on dilution.

RRR assets are stale and no longer promotable while the dilution has accelerated.
