20/3/2018 09:04 | increase in variable rate on loans increased finance costs? | ntv
20/3/2018 09:02 | Thanks TB SKYSHIP they have some quite high fixed rate loans to 2030 but also have about £10.5m due for repayment in October 19 the bulk of that loan is fixed at 6.6% refinanancing it will presumably nearly half the cost | ntv
20/3/2018 08:39 | NTV, I would be very surprised if they moved from AIM. | tiltonboy
20/3/2018 08:27 | At the 57p offer price the yield on a prospective 3.5p divi would be 6.14% - still handily over the 6% mark. Statement seems to read well; but one thing that does surprise me is the average cost of debt @ 4.2%. Most propcos have rescheduled their debt to below 4%, some even below 3%! The portfolio may not be top drawer, but surely should have been possible to renegotiate down... | skyship
20/3/2018 08:14 | TB do you think RLE is likely to move to the main market like PCA or for tax reasons it will stay on AIM? | ntv
20/3/2018 08:05 | Dividend set to be at least 3.5p this year. A 6.5% yield and a discount to NAV should provide some support. | tiltonboy
20/3/2018 08:02 | from the statement all the cash they need is already in place | jon123
20/3/2018 08:00 | nice set of results nice increase in the dividend but after yesterdays bad day i am not holding my breath at least they aren't raising any monies. most companies i have recently invested in seem to want raise cash nice to see a company going for organic growth for a change | ntv
20/3/2018 07:59 | Finals out: # EPRA NAV @ 68.9p (66.2p): +4.1% # Final divi of 0.875p making 3.125p: +19% "During another year of macro-economic uncertainty, REI has once again prospered, with growth in our property assets to GBP213.1 million, up 5.5%, and our pre-tax profits rising to GBP11.3 million, up 37.8%. Our dividend payment has increased for five consecutive years, rising a further 19.0% in 2017, displaying a consistent and proven track record. | skyship
16/3/2018 09:50 | Indeed, should be next week; and hopefully might stiffen the resolve of a pretty lacklustre share price Does look oversold on the RSI; and also back at historic support, so should see a rally back up to the 57p-60p level. But perhaps only a trade sale for Bassi's retirement will see us anywhere above that in view of the current general malaise in the commercial property sector. free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | skyship
16/3/2018 08:45 | results next week ? | ntv
07/3/2018 16:38 | skyship hopefully the results here will be as good as PNS today and at least it won't be diluted as with other co's we could name | ntv

07/3/2018 10:43 | Yes. ISA manager does it, but takes up to 8 weeks to have it credited to your account. Some faster than others. | eeza
07/3/2018 10:23 | can you get the tax back on PID payments on shares in an ISA tia | ntv

01/3/2018 12:33 | somewhere near where it was on post brexit vote fall seems over done position well underwater now despite the strength of the midlands economy at the moment | ntv

07/2/2018 14:34 | asmo, The joys of MiFID II... The new PRIIP's rules are ridiculous, and you will have seen some high profile managers telling consumers not to trust their KID documents. For advisory clients we now have to provide a KID, and Suitability Letter prior to any transaction, unless the client agrees to receive them after. For EO clients they need to be prior to trading. In essence, the regulator is saying that consumers cannot be trusted to download the correct KID, so we have to send them out first. I no longer take on advisory clients, and we have set the bar far higher for new Discretionary accounts. I often refer to these as the unintended consequences of regulation. | tiltonboy
07/2/2018 12:00 | I'm afraid this is not strictly concerned with this thread, but I'm hoping Tilts might comment - I wanted to buy some Shires this morning, and so had first to find their "KID" on Google, then my Broker had to the same. Apart from the delays, during which the price rose 2.7%, when we viewed them, the figures for charges differed ! It transpired that mine was dated Dec. 2017 and hers was up to date! How are we all expected to know whether our KIDS are up-to-date, even if we do check the date on them? (And how on earth do very frequent traders cope with these delays? | asmodeus
03/2/2018 13:52 | Sleepy, Since 2012 the NAV has gone: 12 - 54.6p 13 - 59.1p 14 - 61.3p 15 - 64.5p 16 - 66.2p 17 - Possibly 70p Not exactly sparkling, but at least positive. During that time, the dividend has gone from 0.5p to probably 3p. They also had a dilutive share issue, which I think has plagued their rating since. They currently trade on a 20% discount, and a forward yield of potentially 7%. I also think their is a relatively high probability that Paul Bassi will seek an exit over the next 2-5 years, which hopefully provides an exit for everyone else as well, but I'm not necessarily holding my breath that this will indeed be the case! | tiltonboy |
