Unusually Allenby haven't yet issued an update after today's large contract win. I suppose it's possible they won't update until after the prelims "towards the end of January".

Now they appear to be able to make and benefit from a successful acquisition, perhaps they can build with more.

Depends where the limits are with keeping overhead cost growth down and the extent of cross-selling possible.

Presumably they would be looking to acquire businesses with customers who need specialist cleaning but aren’t getting it completely from the acquired business.

Excellent RNS, assuming 30% profit then £1,500,000 profit over duration of this contract plus add ons, the good news just keeps on coming, what an acquisition Fid was.

Indeed - this is a major contract win. £1m+ per annum for 5 years is lovely recurring income, and not bad at all for an £8.5m m/cap company.

Plus there's likely substantial reactive work to add to that. And the kudos of having the work from this customer more than tripled since the prior contract with them.....

If you look at the contract wins since the last results they point you towards good results. And it's the type of contracts too.In the past I've seen the Moneyweek tip run on the Friday morning. Many people get it online now and others in the post first thing Friday and buy accordingly. Whatever the reason, the chart looks like it is turning up nicely with results to come shortly.

When someone tips a share and then says they are holding it themselves, then it would me nice to hear what their long term strategy is, maybe a lot people have added today either because of that article, but I hope it is because expecting a strong year end report?

Hi vikingben,There are much better reasons to hold this stock that Michaels holding. Nice to get coverage but results should be good and it's a really well run company imo. Nice to see a rise today too.
