Strange, just had a test sell of 500,000 @1.62, only had £298 in by account and bought @ 1.618, can any try a test buy with higher amounts!

Don’t panic the mm,S are willing to buy 500k at 1.9 k, think they are working a largish buy order, is there news soon of a new deal?

Although the sell price have dropped today.
The MM,S are still offering 2.073 for 1 million shares.
They do want more shares, working a large buy?

jeanesy, we have to wait until April to find out ... the company puts out statment with their results "the year has begun well" this is after 4 months of trading ... is simply not good enough ... and this comes after the profits warning in October.

I don't think you listened carefully then. They said that the allenby broker note was on the cautionary side. Where in that statement spells profit warning ?!!!

Nothing new in the presentation to get excited.The fact is they issued a mild profits warning at their last trading update in October.

Next trading update will be in April ... will they have a strong H1? ... not sure.

Not enough from the company to suggest that it is trading strongly.

Lets hope they don't issue a mild profits warning again.

btw if it was not for the warning shares would have gone past 3p again.

Agreed - the strength and evident capability of senior management is a large part of why I bought in here.

The presentation was very good as usual. I too noted and was going to comment on the "very conservative" guidance re forecasts to Allenby....

73% of recurring revenues during the last year has now increased to 80%.

Fidelis get paid by their clients before they have to pay their staff, which is a rather nice, cash-generative model.

The Fidelis deferred consideration will be paid from internal resources, be it via cash or utilising invoice discounting facilities. This should still leave room for further acquisitions.

REAT's stated ambition is to become "the leading specialist and contract maintenance cleaning business in Great Britain". The m/cap will be multiples of where it is now if this is achieved.

I think a large BUY order is being worked.
Just had an offer of 2.02 for selling 2M!
But buying just £300 was 2.125
The MM’s are looking for shares
