"This is the time to buy, when its unloved and quiet."

Spot on and ignore the noise, BPC and 88E for reference if you want to see how well pre drill risers move.

This is not the time to be offloading, they are just weeks away from EA approvals and restarting the EWT. Just got to hang in there while it goes through the motions. It will spike from here as the work begins and there will be resident tweeters reporting on social media. This is the time to buy, when its unloved and quiet.

Where are the delays kirkuk? but nice attempt.

EWT lands when EA gets approved completely out of the control of the directors, only deadline that has ever been given to my knowledge is in the recent presentation stating Q1 and we are well within that.

Sell, I will happily take your shares.

Beginning to sound eerily similar to EME and their massive
gas find by their operator in California in 2017. Then delays
delays, delays. Then not a lot of gas and still evaluating.

RBD is in with 3 operators and we have delays, delays, delays!!
According to the Feb 20 RBD presentation oil production from
Cali sites is 150 bpd to RBD!! and before that months of
silence about the figures!!

I want this to be a success but such bad pr.

anything under 0.60 would be massively bought into. By mid March people will start taking their positions, 3 weeks of lull perhaps, however Parta could start testing in next few weeks as well.

Testing is supposed to be planned for the 1Q in Parta, it's to be hoped that the other incompetent at ADX has submitted ALL the necessary paper work for testing to commence in the timeframe given..

So the form the redesigns take are not contingent upon other specifications which may have still been in the process of evaluation?

It's not about the oil authorities .. The redesigns should have been submitted weeks ago.. That's down to the operator!!

perhaps they have never had a " large scale, conventional, onshore oil and gas asset", and its a steep learning curve.. or perhaps the legislation and regulation is onerous and time consuming..

Definitely a 'darkest before dawn' type moment in my opinion - its UK onshore, never an easy job, like wading through treacle, just look at the how long the wressle partners have been waiting.

Anyway, not the price to be offloading, rather averaging down or taking positions from here.

Well you aren't the brightest tool in the box .. You only bought several million(you claim)shares the other day..

And the only reason for these to be on people's radar is to avoid for a month then jump in..

Rathlin are the operator. They call the shots. Who knows why this has been slightly delayed but considering what is at stake, they can take the time they need to get it right. I can wait for what could be a 10/20 bagger in 2 years time

"Rathlin are operator"

That is why I muted Granny ages ago, he is not the smartest cookie.

A few weeks here or there who cares should EWT start by end of Q1, short term price is meaningless although I expect this will be on alot of peoples radars now.

Hot money on drills comes in about 4 weeks prior.

It's all very well moaning about S+S but Rathlin are operator and will surely be in charge of works

4-6 weeks for EA.

"We remain on track in our pursuit to obtain final regulatory approval for the recommencement of the EWT at West Newton A-2. Comfort can be gained by the fact that no objections were raised by the HSE during its review. Union Jack expects that the EA determination will require 4 - 6 weeks to facilitate.

Excuses.excuses..excuses ... These redesigned plans should have been submitted weeks ago.. Disgusting performance.. And the share price fall says it all.

Looks good to me. Worst case about 1 month until EWT starts, think BMD said usually takes about 2 weeks from filing to EA to get a response.

"all necessary equipment has been identified to recommence the EWT."

"The Health and Safety Executive's ("HSE") 21-day Borehole Sites and Operations Regulations notification period has been satisfied with no objections raised by the HSE. Subsequently, Rathlin has now filed a revised operating plan to the Environment Agency ("EA"). A further announcement regarding the EA's determination will be made in due course, as and when appropriate."

"The bottom hole drilling location for the West Newton B-1 well has been finalised and preparations are currently underway for the works required prior to the commencement of operations at the B site, which is expected to begin during Q2 2020"

RBD vs UJO RNS - Propriety comment of RBD pathetic in comparision to DBs. If that's the best they can do then they should just stick to the text agreed by the partners.
