If you don't mind me asking, which fixed interest counters is it you can't buy with them? I've transferred a slug of them over from EQI and I might as well know early which ones I might have problems either adding too, or selling for that matter!

Cheers

PS: I've had it confirmed by ii that the dividend issue referred to above IS the issue for "delayed" payments

CWA ,
I think you are correct , although my IMB did turn up , I have messaged them anyway as I am irritated at the lack of fixed interest I can buy online with them , not that they will give a hoot .

I suspect if you held RAVP with ii previously, ie not transferred from EQI, you'll have been paid yesterday, pace ramellous.

However, anyone that has transferred from EQI and the XD date was PRE transfer, the cash will still go to EQI, then they will have to process it, send it forward and it will need to be manually applied at ii. So I suspect that there will be a delay of at least several days for any dividends that are caught up in the crossover unfortunately.

However, once this effect unravels I HOPE it will be business as usual with payments made on or very near to the pay day

Searching my inbox I find that in June 2018 they emailed me about the PHNX rights issue. That seems to be the only time.

Zangdook, Is it just me or do IG still send zero corporate action notifications ?

IG (sharedealing) used to be very bad but they've turned over an impressive new leaf recently. Sometimes the money's there at the open (unless I dreamt it).
HL are generally good but rather eccentric, they make you click through a lot of pages before they let you have your money.
iWeb are ok, not great, and they have an annoying habit of acknowledging during the day that a dividend has been paid but not crediting it to your account until after the close.

Barclays are the worst - never credited on the day and usually 2 days later.

EQi AND ii holder here. ii are quite decent with posting dividends to accounts. Almost always on the pay day-but usually late morning/afternoon. The odd one occasionally takes longer but, on the whole, they are above average IMO

Anyone here with II , having been dumped by EQI , I don't know how good II are with posting divis to accounts . They are certainly worse for the number of fixed interest products they trade .

Yeah someone looking for stock. I still can't make my mind up whether I should add a few or not. I have so many already but maybe I could squeeze in a few more.

I'll probably wait. More than anything I'd like to see what happens if we get 5 losing days in a row on the markets. That looks fairly unlikely though in the current market of print money and buy anything. Patience, patience.
