06/11/2017 10:55 | Appears there have not been many acceptances to date. | russman
26/10/2017 12:00 | Not sure.50:50 at the moment. | russman
25/10/2017 19:54 | Why stay listed. | russman
23/10/2017 15:13 | Anyone know which (or any) brokers will allow you to hold RMA stock in the event that the listing moves (exclusively) to Dubai? (Selftrade would not, unless it remained Crest-eligible, which seems unlikely?) | papy02
23/10/2017 13:37 | Yes very possibly. The NAV about doubles after the tender assuming the maxm allocation is tendered. So it would depend on what price was offered. | hugepants
23/10/2017 12:07 | If the top 3 do not tender. But the rest do.It has been taken over on the cheap. | russman
20/10/2017 10:31 | Tender price seems a bit cheeky to me.Too low.Have to check the share register.Who comes out best if the tender is taken up in full. | russman
18/10/2017 08:53 | Surprised the bid has not tightened after news of the tender. | russman
16/10/2017 13:42 | There's the tender. £35M at 150p which is 74% of the share capital. You have the option of tendering as may shares as you want. | hugepants
11/10/2017 12:34 | Bit confused by 41m in the cashflow. What does it net off in the P&L. | russman
10/8/2017 10:21 | I think this is a necessary step completed before the tender offer. | hugepants
16/7/2017 08:58 | The sub has gone from 2m profit to 2m loss in a year. Must be some lumpy investments. | russman
09/6/2017 13:34 | Market makers taking the mickey, buying at 130p selling at 150p... dont sell to them ! | rjmahan
30/5/2017 11:34 | I do not feel that the tender will remedy the large discount to ntav.I suggest the share buyback via market purchases could manage the spread & discount more effectively. | russman
30/5/2017 11:11 | Yes that will be key - I agree with your figures - 540p tangible NAV if all shares tendered. Also look at other resolutions - mgt ability to issue shares goes silly... I still maintain shares will just trade at a huge discount not rise to NAV, needs more catalysts.... I will likely tender some but not all. | rjmahan
30/5/2017 10:42 | Thing is though Rob, the NAV is going to more than double if the £35M is all tendered. It will be interesting to see what the larger shareholders do eg. Somers. | hugepants
28/5/2017 20:42 | HugePants - Nav will go up but question is will the shareprice - past history and the discount this has run at suggests it wont. Better to tender and buy back in - though I need to look through this in detail before reaching a full conculsion. | rjmahan
28/5/2017 09:40 | So the plan is to tender £35M at 150p per share. If my arithmetic is right there are only 7.2M shares in issue after the tender and NAV rockets to approx 760p (£55M) and tangible NAV goes up to 540p (£39M). Begs the question do you tender or not? | hugepants
27/5/2017 08:24 | Cannot see anything in the AGM notice about changing to Dubai. | russman
26/5/2017 23:58 | No problem Papy... | rjmahan
26/5/2017 18:21 | Well done rjmahan! I seem to recall this is 12% of your portfolio. Wish I'd had similar conviction - it's about 3% of mine after today's rise - but today's news and share price rise nevertheless much celebrated. Thank you for your insight and analysis. | papy02
26/5/2017 15:21 | Good time to repost my argument, it still holds. | rjmahan
15/5/2017 08:15 | Too much admin to trade in Dubai. I will not be voting for a move. | russman
14/5/2017 14:44 | I will look into how to deal Dubai stocks it will be a pain but worth it... | rjmahan
14/5/2017 14:42 | In my view a Dubai listing is not a delisting, just because td don't do it doesn't mean no one will. I also don't read it as a done deal. They need 75% to vote for delisting. In other instances registrars / nomads have provided dealing facilities... Plus you get 66% price back... | rjmahan |
