I've been accumulating here the last few weeks in mainly small trades but some larger trades this afternoon by the looks of it. Still under the radar.

Looking perky here this morning. Maybe this bit in the results has been noticed?

"...we believe the current share price materially undervalues the Group and whilst confidence in our strategy and the building up of a track record is essential to create long-term value, we are considering short-term measures to support the share price..."

Share buyback perhaps?

Excluding goodwill/intangibles then I get;

private equity and unlisted investments worth approx 85p
net cash (and close to cash) approx 210p.

They do say they are currently trying to sell £20M or private equity

I guess sentiment could change - this reminds me of TJI - and look what is happening at that - 100% up in 2016...

But seems reasonable to assume the fund management part of the business will pick up when oil price recovers.

Not really as most assets are near cash, they did say they would support consolidation. I hope as acquired rather than buyer....

Finals out today;


NAV up about 5% to 330p. With most Middle East economies exposed to the oil price it seems likely the share price will improve here as the oil price recovers.

This stock is trading at a ridiculous discount. Final results due in a few weeks, perhaps will trigger a rerating.

Rasmala (Formerly EIIB) has liquid assets of £87m (mostly cash(ish)) but a market cap of £25m...
They have returned cash before - this could happen again.

Watching tonights game it occured to me that great passing teams like Real today and Liverpool and PSG of the past will always beat kick and rush teams like United.
