still holding - shall we see 125p again? - I've noticed the traffic on bluesq.com has increased considerably and gcasino.com must have be solidly contributing to the G Casino brand.

No. Only that the ClubMed countries were propped up to the markets satisfaction over weekend after fearing collapse on Friday.

Market all about ClubMed and outcome of Dave/Nick's wedding at the moment.

Well a new closing high which is good.

But still below that green resistance line so no breakout as of yet and the magenta line remains ....waiting and hoping, but producing a higher support all the time.

Contemplating selling tbh, feel that the market overall is just too high and RNK have quite a while to wait for HMRC settlement which could still go either way.....said before fairly priced now and with Gucco looking like its a long term hold feel that I should perhaps exit now....any thoughts??

yep , sorry Griz , must look on the bright side ,

just that I find it hard to justify all positive news and a prospective 100m payday and we still go up pennies ,

as opposed to bad news and we dropped quids

Bad news for cash flow. Share price is now falling; could drop to below 100p again quite quickly

As I read it the statement doesn't actually say who won and who is taking the case to the ECJ, I take it that Rank won the appeal - Grizzly I wonder if you or anyone else could confirm my assuption....

Seems like a decent response to the statement , hope the ECJ do the right thing

Seems like the prospect of a bid from Guoco has all but dissapeared , I would think if they were contemplating it they would have moved by now ,

so back to a black or red 100m bet on what the court will decide ,

Wonder if there are big short positions left on this ?
