Morning all, Nice strong start here. Gradual build-up is encouraging. I see further shares are moving from ASX to AIM. Look forward to the next Texas update, should propel this past 5p.

Alistair, there is now a modest improvement in UK register on 10 June at 428.426m & 48.45% of shares on issue. This is up from 424.2m & 47.98% on 3 June. The reason for this being a small improvement I think is the arrival of a new entity in the Top 10 (and Top 40) and some buying by existing Top 10 holders.

A good day in Oz with 7.23m shares done at 8.2c on the close. This is translating well in UK with price building to 5.2p already this morning. Ya....hoooooooo

Considering the numerous buys early on, the MM's were quick to pull the plug on 5p on the bid after a few sells.

The strength under this share price is quite impressive now. The CEO Peter Landau is equally impressive in delivering great results and forward-looking comments that keep being substantiated.

I may buy some more as there is momentum here awaiting the news from Texas and juggernauts if anything comes along to inspire from Georgia and Puntland.

CNOOC is also working with its partners Africa Oil and Lion Energy to develop its natural gas discovery in Kenya.

Mega-deals such as these are an indication of just how serious the quest for African oil has become. There will be more of them in the future, creating opportunity for explorers (and their investors) with the kind of properties that will catch the attention of the majors.

GD, equipment set-up for frac Smith but process has not yet started (as of 12 hrs ago). Apologies for answering for CNF but he is unlikely to know this current position.

As i said a few days back range WOULD be on the radar of fund managers so would expect at least the 10M buy to be at least part of one of those orders. Trades have to be reported within 72 hours but there is a sub-clause to that which is the 72 hours can begin from the execution of the first part of the order! "

So basically the share price could be held back buy 3 days all the time.
