It is a lot more than $40m and the best bit is they have offloaded some of it to a 3rd party who will cover the the legal process to wind the company up and LO pick up the assets for peanuts.....

Agreed Aseyho. LO will take this private and dismantle the lot. Shareholders will be offered next to nothing. LO have probably long written off the debt in their books, so for them, it's immaterial. Whatever they get in return for the assets will be a bonus.

Abra, yes that the kick in the balls, this massive share issue is simply for the first 1.6 million interest payment.

Amazing how far this has fallen.

However I don't believe this issue is simply to pay interest, we are passing control to LO and I suspect this is a play for them to acquire the assets and ditch the debts in due course, or something similar.

And then you realise that this placing is just for paying the annual interest on a loan, not the principal itself! So, there will be more placings to pay off more interest in future, not to mention the $40m that they'll need to pay in April 2020.

Nas - 1.6m at 0.03 is 5.33 billion shares. If they have done it at a discounted mates rates it could be close to 6 billion What is not to like

If it is 5.33 bn shares issued that’s better than my wildest dreams for shafting celticheart07....luvvly jubbly....even better is LO will have to offload over a bn to drop their holding below 30% to avoid having to take over the company, why would they do that when get get it fur nothing by April 2020, if not sooner if range run out of cash...

I have worked out that 5.33 billion shares will be issued to bring a total near 14 billion shares in issue and share price should drop to 0.015-0.0175 over the coming daysIt's clear this is last roll of dice from RangeCan't keep issuing confetti without some sort of returnIt works out at 38% dilution of sharesWhat is not to like
