01/3/2024 05:01 | hazl, I grant, that you declare your positions, me too. I'm down on KEFI, not allot. 50% win CUSN against your 50% loss? You forgot AVCT. I declared my short positions from 101 (which drew threats from certain individuals), then again at 92 with a target of 50 - 55p. I closed our position at 52p. That's an awful lot of points and dosh. We will be back for more when the current fund raise runs out! cheers | dudishes

29/2/2024 19:40 | 'Shareholders raised their concern that existing investors would suffer significant dilution in any future fundraise. Quadrise recognised the concern and stated their approach would seek to balance that against the potential need for cash in order to grow & progress. “We have a bias to action but not at any cost”. Quadrise shared that conversations regarding Joint Ventures had been progressed – attractive as the approach would not necessarily be tied to the share price and the agreement need not be cash based – “Partners can be strategic in accelerating progress”. They added that current partners (MSC and Cargill) have not expressed, nor was the company anticipating, any immediate interest in them acquiring a stake in Quadrise. The collaboration is based on each party contributing its unique expertise and capabilities, functioning as partners rather than in anticipation of any joint ownership arrangement'. | hazl

29/2/2024 14:33 | The Proof of Concept stage would utilise 1,000 tonnes each of MSAR and BioMsar, running on the whole engine (not just a single cylinder). The POC & LONO fuel would be manufactured in Antwerp and bunkered in the ARA area, thus retaining the advantage of favourable taxation arrangements for marine biofuels. Wartsila will be monitoring the trial and would have a team on board. They would need to have the full 4,000 hours completed for full LONO. Sufficient supplies of glycerine are available to support initial rollout but that as demand grew CSO & pyrolytic sugar alternatives from biomass will become important. | hazl

29/2/2024 12:14 | When a company says it will do something by a certain time it needs to stick to that. If it then becomes apparent that this timeline will slip it should chip in quickly and issue a revised statement saying why? It's all about timely communications and keeping your reputation intact. Not difficult really. Either of these slip then the share price will react accordingly. | pyglet
29/2/2024 11:44 | Progress clearly these things take time . | hazl
29/2/2024 11:43 | '6 The first of these was a key step and would result in certain activities (and spend) commencing. Quadrise would be paid for certain aspects during the trial process including certain equipment, consumables and services (but not the fuel). The company would not be supplying fuel to MSC, this was Cargill’s responsibility. MAC2 would be paid for the services it provided. The LONO fuel supply will utilise HFO as feedstock (rather than resid). In terms of timescales for the agreements & trials, Quadrise advised that agreements would need to be finalised by the end of March in order for the trials-related activity to commence in Q2. Based on that fuel supply to the trials vessel would be in late Q2/early Q3. Quadrise stated that they were expecting contracts by the end of Q1 at the latest. With regard to Tolling the structure had been discussed but not yet formalised. The intention was that any agreement would be progressed/agreed during the POC & LONO phase (assuming successful outcome of the trials). Shareholders highlighted the comments made at the AGM re contracts being in place by the end of December. Quadrise stated that they had been told that this was achievable by the other parties although availability of resources along with governance processes in those organisations had ultimately not allowed that to happen. Quadrise emphasised that there were no fundamental issues or aspects to be resolved which were preventing progress. The Proof of Concept stage would utilise 1,000 tonnes each of MSAR and BioMsar, running on the whole engine (not just a single cylinder). The POC & LONO fuel would be manufactured in Antwerp and bunkered in the ARA area, thus retaining the advantage of favourable taxation arrangements for marine biofuels.
