29/2/2016 08:56 | Good, solid hold for me with continuing growth in the UK and abroad. | mfhmfh
29/2/2016 08:43 | Thanks, Marty Widget. Solid results today. Let's hope the strong growth in France and USA continues as they are exciting markets. | saucepan
29/2/2016 08:41 | QTX results were rather pleasing, with strong growth in all regions UK, France and USA. Most of their revenue comes via recurring revenue from vehicle subscriptions which have increased by. UK 62,655 +16% France 7,910 +51% USA 3.179 +520% Worth bearing in mind that this new won subscriptions are still coming through. USA is particularly exciting growth prospects imo. Net cash £3.0m is increasing rapidly, so they plan to increase dividend payment to keep net casH at £2.0m in the future. | interceptor2
29/2/2016 08:40 | Quartix Holdings PLC Final ResultsQuartix Holdings PLC - QTX Final Results Cash for shareholders, not acquisitions – Quartix MD Andy Walters, managing director of Quartix (LON:QTX) says the vehicle tracking and fleet management specialist remains committed to returning cash to investors. When the company listed on AIM in November 2014 it promised to distribute 50% of free cash flow before capex to shareholders as a dividend. Walters says this actually led to a build up in cash hence the supplementary dividend policy which will see the distribution of the rest of the cash that has accumulated on the balance sheet. Cash isn't being reserved for acquisitions which are not on the 15-year-old company’s radar, with a preference of funding organic growth out of profit and loss. | martywidget
26/2/2016 09:47 | An interesting video on the link between excessive speed and accident risk. And the drivers speed in relation to the speed of other road users. Quartix Vehicle Tracking - Safe Speed Database | martywidget
25/2/2016 20:20 | Tracking Quartix’s 250,000th tracker February 22, 2016 Just in time for the celebrations around our 15th anniversary on 14 February 2016, we at Quartix have produced our 250,000th tracking unit, a milestone achievement of which we are immensely proud. | martywidget
25/2/2016 19:11 | I think it is worth flagging the breakout here today; price moving away convincingly from the 300p level, which caused temporary resistance. | saucepan
18/2/2016 11:13 | First Quartix customer still on board for 15th anniversary celebrations Quartix Vehicle Tracking - 15 year anniversary | martywidget
11/2/2016 18:59 | They might not all be showing though | hydrus
11/2/2016 18:45 | Only 15 trades today. Just stock shortage I guess? apad | apad
11/2/2016 18:42 | Had a quick look into the TRAK board. Talk about denial! apad | apad
11/2/2016 14:40 | This is defying gravity in current market, assume someone is accumulating in background | hydrus
11/2/2016 14:06 | Getting a little perky ahead of the companies 15th year anniversary next week - (14th February). | martywidget
11/2/2016 14:05 | The comparison between TRAK and QTX is an interesting one. Both are going in opposite directions... It's funny but on the TRAK thread you can't get a word in hedgeways and there is generally dozens of posts per day. Plus thousands of shares traded daily. Whereas over here there is only a handful of us posting and hardly any shares traded.. Some would argue that TRAK is better value with a pe less than half QTX's.....but the former goes down and the latter is going up....make of that what you will! | cfro
11/2/2016 13:53 | ps Looks like my scepticism about TRAK is being born out. Interesting comparison. pps Wouldn't dare say that on the TRAK thread :-) | apad
11/2/2016 13:50 | The spread'll make it look less exciting, ic2:-) apad | apad
11/2/2016 13:41 | You aren't joking about this being sooo little traded, look at the affect 4 small transaction have had in the last 20 minutes. Nice to have a stock moving against the prevailing sentiment. | interceptor2
11/2/2016 11:20 | But it's soooo little traded, cfro. I managed to increase on 22 Jan for 269. Swapped my PHD holding for QTX. Happy with that decision, however PHD seems to be popular despite acquisitions and poor revenue performance. QTX is on my 'increase' list but there is not much chance. apad | apad
11/2/2016 11:11 | Hard to find anything blue on a day like today but QTX still quietly nudging into new highs...... | cfro
19/1/2016 14:57 | ...a much cheaper share producing growth...imo ..is STM. .Down today , phps a mix of profit taking and hitting expectations but not exceeding Big profit margin. Looks like today a biggish hldr is reducing exposure....cld be one of hldrs after converting loans to shares or... that wants top slice and not have too many eggs in one basket. Phps worth a look. | smithie6
19/1/2016 14:22 | Quite correct Hydrus. Pleasing to see QTX extending the breakout. | cfro
19/1/2016 13:51 | Amazing performance in this current market, everything else expensive has been correcting. | hydrus
15/1/2016 10:03 | I expect it is cfro, my point was only that it will defer profitability to increase customers. Not that it is a bad idea. Also not big for me, H. I bought the trio of QTX/KNOS/PHD for fun. I'll back the winning dog. apad | apad |
