19/1/2021 11:32 | Great. Shares away at no discount. Happy with that. Prob get some holdings notifications. Now QTX can brake out of its 4 year range - next stop a fiver. | thelongandtheshortandthetall

23/10/2020 09:49 | Featured in the latest Investor's Champion update – In the year to date, Quartix has achieved 7% revenue growth in its core fleet business compared with the first 9 months of 2019, a fantastic achievement given the severe disruption earlier in the period, and the fleet division now represents 84% of the Company's revenue. | energeticbacker
28/7/2020 14:44 | Potential for 8% dividend here: Subject to satisfactory performance and market conditions, the Board will consider a final dividend for the year with the aggregate of the interim and final dividend set at approximately 50% of cash flow from operating activities, which is calculated after taxation paid but before capital expenditure. The Board will also consider distributing the excess of cash balances over £2m by way of supplementary dividends. The surplus cash would be calculated by taking the year end cash balance and deducting the proposed regular dividend. The policy will be subject to review. H1 operating cash of £3.7m x 2 x 50% = £3.7m H1 cash £10.0m + H2 operating cash of £3.7m - H2 dividend of £3.7m - base cash balance of £2.0m =£8m £3.7m + £8.0m = £11.7m $11.7m / 48.1m shares = 24.3p 24.3p final + 3.37p interim = 27.7p 27.7p / 348 = 8% Looks lie they are going to catch up the final dividend they missed for 2019 | mammyoko
19/5/2020 10:13 | Quite a detailed, favourable, analysis on this Company in last week's output from Richard Beddard on ii. Currently (weekend of 16 May) the technical analysis does not provide me with enough positivity for me to take the plunge but I have it on my watch list. | actomox

08/4/2020 20:02 | I see QTX as a pretty safe bet at esp at these prices. Their subscription based income should be ticking along very nicely. Management have dealt with the virus very professionally IMO. | thelongandtheshortandthetall

25/7/2019 14:10 | Spent some time going through QTX results yesterday and bought a v small holding today. Insurance division has been in decline but fleet management still looks like a growth area. I've always considered the CEO to be honest and very conservative and he runs the business well. Not going to set the world alight in the short term but with 75% of revenue recurring and slowly increasing plus increase in free cashflow and net cash, its possible there could be early signs the company is getting back on a growth path once again. PE is high however at 20 but you generally have to pay up for recurring revenues. Chart also showing early signs of recovery. | cfro
19/6/2019 07:41 | These look very good value now with a return to growth and likely earnings beat. Switch from insurance to fleet beginning to pay off. | rimau1 |
