Under the terms the agreement, CL2017 has paid €50,000 to Sipiem to acquire the legal action from Sipiem and CL2017 will bear all legal costs going forward, which have been capped at €35,000.

Pmsl, how is it a kick the can down the road RNS, the claim has gone up by €1 million and the next trial date is set, this is what we were told would happen via RNS and as per RNS!


Oh and by the way the lawyers fees are pre set at around 30k I think it was, will need to go back and check the CLP lawyers capped fees you bitter shorter

Yes - I hope that new troll apologies for calling it wrong - the claim was never going to be agreed/paid at this point - but we should have a clearer picture in January
