When simple milestones appear to miss, it is not unnatural to start to question those that are more fundamental perhaps?

No doubt the firm will update via RNS very soon to placate the market.

There is obviously a reason for the market not hearing an update via RNS from the firm on the court case that was due to happen yesterday.

Trouble is, the market doesn't presently know what that reason is.

Off topic, did anyone read an RNS that confirmed that the Italian facility, that via previous RNS was stated as happening in September, actually occurred?

Come on ltd axis tell the truth, They have debt on the books at tax loses to be used to offset profit in the future and much of this was from buying debt back very cheaply so it shows as a loss to be used moving forwards.

So here is the point then LA who do they owe this money to, ah yes nobody !
