02/8/2024 07:40 | I wonder if the announcement may have been prompted by the suspended strike off action against Infusion(2009). As previously suggested a suspension only seems to occur if a third party objects to the action because they are owed money by the company. For example that third party might be HMRC looking to recover taxes on earnings. Something, an oversight, QBT have had to sort out in the past. | ellipses
02/8/2024 07:28 | People should note that in June, QBT won the final legal case against the Sipiem defendants and their family members, and it was reconfirmed those people are fully liable for the €6.1m plus interest and costs awarded to QBT. | city chappy
02/8/2024 07:28 | £150K base £169K 2022 £244K 2023 £19K and £94K exceptional performance bonus respectively. Presumably he was a whole 5 times more exceptional in 2023. AKA, A company whose accounts are overdue and was about to be struck off but the action has been suspended because someone objected. Also a company that just appears to be a holding shop for shareholders in the previous fails including those by BrainSpark. A company that has control of Infusion 2012, and which is controlled by... ATM Lottery Corporation Ltd a company controlled by Francesco Gardin. | ellipses
02/8/2024 07:04 | It is a lot of money to someone like FLC. Think of how many news papers he would have to deliver to make that much. | tell sid
02/8/2024 06:59 | It still stands that QBT are on track for commercial revenues and Sipiem money in H2 2024: QBT's 2024 targets: Francesco Gardin joins from Mining Disrupt Conference in Miami 27/6/2023 "Everybody's very, very interested in our technology...We are adding a couple of new teams, which we havn't announced...We keep on track...We are very confident that our technology is different...proven results in the lab...longer than expected but we are making progress... ...We announced last year that we are heading for revenues this year [2024]. We still havn't announced the opposite. In the Accounts, one has to be prudent. Any word has to be agreed with the Auditors...[but]...w ...We have at least four different Methods...We are not too far from having military spec... ...We have a team of lawyers in Milan who are actively working to collect as much as they can of the Euro6 million [Sipiem money]... ...Our main goal [Upcoming milestones] is for one of these four Methods, to have a product that can be deployed, can be sold; or alternatively, to have IP's or technologies, which are aquired or developed or exploited, with one of these big players in the sector." | idriveajag
02/8/2024 06:59 | FG's 2023 remuneration of £288k as Consultant + £38k as CEO = £326k, is not excessive for a Listed Company. Most day traders make more than that in a year just sitting at home. | idriveajag
02/8/2024 06:58 | So Frasisco has found a way to boot his pay | vauch
02/8/2024 06:58 | flc - you seem very heated for someone not invested. Already disclosed dic&head . Try harder | ss46
02/8/2024 06:56 | Flc I've emailed QBT a screenshot of your post calling FG a fraud. I hope you hear from their legal team. | idriveajag
02/8/2024 06:54 | Are you funking joking...£326k pa for delivering nothing!!!!!!! You really are thick | flc
02/8/2024 06:51 | What, that Infusion haven't filed accounts since 2021 and are in the process of being struck off? Don't you think that's a bit strange given they've been invoicing QBT over 400k pa. | flc
02/8/2024 06:49 | The key point is that for 2023, FG was paid £288k as Consultant + £38k as CEO = £326k. That is reasonable by listed company standards and if he delivers commercialisation in H2 2024 as expected. | idriveajag
02/8/2024 06:48 | Just means Infusion have to submit their Accounts. If they don't and are struck off, just means FG will go over to being paid in full as CEO, rather than splitting his remuneration between the two. | idriveajag
02/8/2024 06:47 | flc- nice try …..it’s already disclosed in the accounts 😂 | ss46
02/8/2024 06:40 | Jag, the guy is a fraud. What the RNS fails to mention is that Infusion is just about to be struck off!!! | flc
02/8/2024 06:32 | Is anybody who has followed FG surprised by this announcement? He, he uses his nephews accountancy firm, there are no 'methods' and QBT will go the same way as clear leisure. | oakville
02/8/2024 06:32 | Just means that for 2023 FG was paid £288k as Consultant + £38k as CEO = £326k. Reasonable by listed company standards and if he delivers commercialisation in H2 2024 as expected. | idriveajag |
