Why are his options at 5p not exercisable until Feb 22 if I read it correctly?

Fair comment Knigel, yes if we win a 4.4m settlement which is paid in cash immediately QBT would be a totally different beast. We would then have cash for experimentation, RandD and testing, as well as paying electric bills, accountants, salaries, rent, listing fees, sundry fees, and everything else, at least for 6 months or so baring any large investment plans - which would still require a placing.
Can you remember which court case is due to finish soon and pay us this amount? Honestly, Im bored of our court cases after correctly stating that it is not automatic we will get paid 10m quid at the date the sipiem case was expected to end and being threatened with a defamation lawsuit for accurately and correctly predicting the outcome.

Update still pending and yet people are selling. MMS are milking sellers and all sells are being bought which are not reported instantly. How do I know? Because my buy of 551k at 1.395p not reported yet. We should be back up soon. Only one update needed to push share price over 2p

Grow up - such a failed company that I made decent profits here a number of times - you just need to know when to buy and when to sell. As for now - I do agree we need news flow to maintain interest and this share price level - but sorry, the expected £4.4 million settlement due soon from one of the claims will mean no placings (unless there’s a massive acquisition in the works). If the settlement is delayed or less than expected - we can then discuss what it may mean re funding. I would love to chat all day but I have a job to go to :-)

Now Knigel, you know full well QBT has only existed for a couple of months, before that we were failed leisure company Clear Leisure, and before that we were failed tech company Brainspark. Savvy investors will note a trend there.
If you value your sanity, forget these red herring court cases. Italian courts are as respected as North Korean courts, with good reason. We can raise needed money via a placing.
