Share prices move - go figure! They go up!
They go down! Only YOU can decide on a particular day if the share price of a company is fair/good value to buy. The people who acquired shares at 4.4p here obviously felt that after moving up from a low of 0.16p (near to the share price I acquired shares) it had further to rise. They were wrong (for now) as people obviously start to take profits :-) and then wait to buy back in later. This is no ones fault here - it’s YOUR OWN JUDGMENT CALL when to buy and when to sell - and a good tool to use is either have a target to buy/sell or use a (say 20%) stop loss. You can always reinvest later. This ain’t a bear or bull comment - it’s common sense!

But you post it as fact here in order to try and smear the board and it’s company and bring their reputation into disrepute.

And as for threats of legal action, libellous posts can be brought to court by the company, it’s directors and partners who are the focus of the allegations.

Though it’s probably easier to bring an order for harassment. I hear they do have access to a good legal team should they choose to proceed down either route.
