Quadrise (AIM:QFI) , the supplier of MSAR(R) and bioMSAR(TM) emulsion technology and fuels, providing innovative lower cost and lower carbon alternatives to fuel oil and biofuels , announces that it has been notified that on 1 August 2022 Andy Morrison, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 700,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.4824 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Mr. Morrison is now interested in 700,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05 per cent. of Quadrise's issued ordinary share capital.
