MSC As vessels generally in the industry have their own worries.

'A massive container ship the length of three football fields traveled up the Norwegian coastline en route to China over the weekend. It is the latest sign of increasing Arctic traffic passing through the Norwegian and Barents Seas, including sanctioned and possibly underinsured “shadow fleet” vessels.'

Thee are accidents and there are deliberate events as innocent vessels are forced
to avoid areas or being caught up in warring between nations.

I find the whole thing fascinating, though not so good for those involved, it goes with out saying.

Anyone who has been genuinely waiting for good news here for a good number of years should really limit all incoming phone calls to friends and family only….And don’t do any business over the phone, do change email passwords etc . Anyone calling from Microsoft or Amazon or the bank or the police, just hank up. IMO

I personally believe this AGM will be a landmark AGM, Either we have a monumental set of news events coming or once again it will be a set of excuses just like every other which will then just finally cause some of us who've been here a good number of years to give it up as a lost cause.

I and I probably speak for a good handful of other investors who are fed up waiting for some positive news will refuse to commit to another fund raise ( If one is needed to get us over the line for the 10th time). Every year the formula is the same, as we get closer to the AGM or a fund raise, the news machine kicks in giving snippets of seemingly positive information that leads nowhere.

Sick and tired of imminent , on the cusp, round the corner , and so close we can taste it BS.

I expect by the AGM

1) Morocco..Test, completed successfully, contract signed, refinery ( CEPSA) on board.

2) Utah...successful flow, monies incoming...MMU shipped out

3)MSC CONTRACTS SIGNED, SEALED AND DELIVERED.

4) Positive news on Asian refinery and South America

That's what was promised and that's what I expect delivered.

Can it get any more fantastical here ? An RNS Stretch perhaps ? A pay rise ? A much deserved placing jackpot ? A contract for revenue lol, only joking on that last one

I think MSC have a very difficult job at the moment with geo political tension and of course the push to alternative fuels.
Personally I think the drive in the future scenarios is to reduce shipping altogether but that remains open to possibly changing future scenarios.
They have already been forced to change their routes as attacks on the West come in from various quarters.
Putting the rights and wrongs of it to one side and as an observer, this is interesting.

On this extremely good site, the Naval map shows the locations of the Carrier Strike Groups and the Amphibious ready.
The CSGs and the ARGs are the keys to US dominance over the oceans.
Useful as an overview in these difficult times.

He is neither a successful businessman, not a good salesperson.

To date after 14 years of falsehoods, and Bull💩we do not have a SIGNED CONTRACT❌, and our value after his tenure as an unsuccessful figurehead is minimal⚠ᥧ9;

We have a 🤓DUD🤓;in charge, and a bunch of sycophantic 🤡NED’s🤡limping along as they have 🤣nowhere else that would have them❌ Their record speaks for all of them🤦‍♂️

"I get that FYOZ but will that cover the money they will need for development"

What development?😱; The only costs we should have is building MMU's before we sell them. Once we're generating revenue we're in a very strong position in any negotiation. Clients wanting our lab services will have to pay for it. I wouldn't be against a raise at that stage, to allow us to move into tolling mode, but the royalty model is so compelling. I also think that kind of growth for us isn't really on the cards. The Yanks aren't going to be held hostage in Utah by a tiddly British outfit, one of the big players will buy us out in my opinion

"The most technical person in a company is not necessairly the best businessman"

Of course and that might be true here as well but it's uncontrovertible that he is the best we can find and afford at this stage in the development of the company.

I don't think so Sem' but hey that's my opinion. I base it purely on the wage already taken against the promises delivered. Not a single one.

Others may well have a different formula to show how well someone is doing in their position.

Valkor is now planning to progress with further drilling and HSO production in accordance with the Unit Plan to support project financing. As previously advised, once a minimum of US$15 million project finance is raised by Valkor, they will pay Quadrise US$1.0 million under the terms of the Site License and Supply Agreement concluded in June 2023. A further US$0.5 million is then due upon delivery of an MSAR® Manufacturing Unit to the project site in Utah, followed by quarterly payments of US$75,000 for technology transfer and marketing support.

Wonder if we are due more news on this?
Or more importantly MSC?

I agree Fyoz . Something that has been bugging me ever since the abrupt end of the Maersk trial is why they didn't carry on with it after the repairs to the ship had been done. If MSAR was such a wonder fuel surely it would have been at least worthwhile taking it to a complete LONO.

With any version of MSAR I feel a decent supply chain around the globe for these big carriers is always going to be a huge challenge and so the UTAH project is defo the easiest play and most beneficial to all parties.

RE: AGMToday 10:20
What sums up this saga for me was when 2 or 3 days before easter and the end of Q1 🤥JM🤥stated they still expected the fuel agreement to be signed off in Q1. We were then told there was a delay due to religious holidays. Did he think the Easter holiday period had been cancelled this year!!! He is certainly taking us for a ride and we are now close to September.
