02/7/2009 08:27 | crazy what the f.ck is going on here any ideas ? i am not complaining ;-) | mhw28865
01/7/2009 15:56 | Thanks double6. That explains it - I've not looked at this share for a while, and it's fallen a good lot in value since I bought it, so I thought (hoped) I was still a few thousand shares short! Why did I not sell when I was in profit? Because I wanted more profit! Bum. Lesson learned... | sandspider2000
01/7/2009 15:44 | Sandy - shares bought before the wipe out of the deferred shares were priced at 0.0003p (mid) last week - this week the share price is (circa)0.0030p - thus you haven't lost any value if you were to sell. | double6
01/7/2009 15:22 | Well, it seemed a bit fishy to me. But I had 50,000 1p shares, now I have 50,000 0.1p shares that are worth one tenth of what they were. Surely there are more shares to come? Or have I missed something? (It's by no means impossible!) Is it just that the value of the company has shrunk so much since I bought my shares? | sandspider2000
01/7/2009 14:54 | Sandspider2000 LOL. If that were legal they would all be doing it. The value of your holding will remain the same. | inside2
01/7/2009 14:47 | mhw28865 normally the currant corporate action would be seen as positive reflecting in a more reasonable looking share price as, although, and of course, one is only left with 10% of original holding. Problem for me is that I suspect everything done by currant management is to do with milking the share holder funds to prolong their employment. There has been a decided lack of R&D news (except Leakfrog) for some considerable time now and what has been said adds up to little more than lip-service, then when you consider the technical ability of our competitors Smart Meter equipment ours is much like much of the Thames Water drainage system...Victorian. I've pretty much given up on this company now but will not sell as the situation, as I see it, is that QTI has two choices it will either fold or make it, it surely cant stagger on for too much longer without cash and where would you find anyone foolish enough to stump up to keep this afloat unless there where major contract news or other breakthrough. If they do raise cash then, in my opinion that would tell us they have a future and would be a signal to BUY. | inside2
01/7/2009 13:00 | Sandpiper, you are left with 50,000 now after the deferred shares were taken as they have no value. Another one caught out sorry to say!! We will know pretty soon Insider if qti are up to the job or not. Lets just say the track record so far has not been up to much to say the least but stranger things have happened!! | mhw28865
01/7/2009 12:15 | Does anyone know when the QTI share downgrading will be properly sorted? I had 500,000 0.1p shares in my trading account, as well as 50,000 separate 0.1p Ord shares (presumably due to a mistake in the issue of the deferred 450,000 shares). But now the 500,000 shares have no value or EPIC code, leaving me at a loss, and the 50,000 shares are still there. I assume the other 450,000 will appear in due time, but my broker is ceasing to operate soon and I need to transfer all my shares out! Thanks for any info, Giles | sandspider2000
01/7/2009 12:05 | This news release from the BBC reflects positively on the sector but are QTI really up to the challenges required to gain market share? | inside2

29/6/2009 10:53 | I had the impression that the only staff still employed is the finance chap or woman. So only a call from shareholders for an EGM will change anything. Now as Ms. Spurier joined as Finncap put money in we presume they act together; but what the hell do they have in mind. It must be a way of recouping some of the rundown fund.?? | gfaw
29/6/2009 08:39 | Thank you Toad for info and ggn for such a detailed explanation. No wonder I didn`t understand what had happened. I expect QTI`s finance chap will be drop-kicked now. | teasle

28/6/2009 18:51 | The company has done a share split as the market capitalisation of the shares fell below the nominal value. You'll need to use your new certificate. | toad6
28/6/2009 18:04 | Thank you for replying twg but my 50k shares were bought in Jan 2008 - any more suggestions please ? | teasle
28/6/2009 11:55 | If you had bought these on Thursday @0.05p you would now be at a loss, since this is only a share consolodation. | tivoliworldgaming
26/6/2009 20:47 | I held 50,000 shares and today a new certificate arrived for 500,000 shares. Can anyone please explain ? | teasle
26/6/2009 12:12 | price rise due to deferred shares coming into play today....no big shakes here.. | pre
25/6/2009 14:56 | So we're back to 390-million odd shares tomorrow. Will we see the price increase to take into account of the deferred shares being brought into play ? | double6
