Now the financial year has ended they have nine months to file accounts.

One hopes we will hear something long before that.

I guess the incumbent management have not stopped paying themselves for doing f... all.

The 'management' obviously could not give a .... about the poor common stock shareholders.

They never reply to my mails.

One hopes they still 'do the right thing'.

305020, I have sent three emails over the last few months and have received no replies.

Maybe they (the incumbent management) have absconded with all our 'hard earned'!

I am still keeping faith.

i want to be trusting but very frustrating that they dont respect my share ownership and communicate.

zcaprd7, I thought the £500k (from memory) was due this year - timing uncertain. It was a legacy wafer contract payment I think.

As I have always said, the management seems to be honest but lead footed.

H1 2022 they said they'd receive the rest of the monies owed, and ongoing discussions to sell the German ops according to the latest on Companies House, so they have a couple of months left before I'll get antsy..

My view, you will hear zero until the year end.

The management has skin in the game, however still likes drawing those nice salaries.

I do wonder if the German business got sold.

As they are not quoted they do not have to send out an RNS if in deed was sold.

I guess I could ask them if the sale has gone through.

I am reminded of the Fawlty Towers episode when a family of Germans come to stay. Basil at his best saying "I only mentioned the war once and I think I got away with it".

They do not even return emails and they are still being paid.

Well, the management said they expected a sale of the German operation by the end of the year.

They have very little time left!

Well at lease the German tax investigation is a thing of the past.

thirty fifty twenty, the payment of 400k (euros) due H1 2022, if received, might just net off nicely to your estimate of 'sticky finger' overheads over this next financial year.

As the operation in Bitterfeld had been sold by PV Crystalox in 2013, the report that another party had starting using the same factory in 2018 is nothing to do with PV Crystalox Solar plc.

Well the good news is that the issue with the German Tax Authorities has been concluded without a payment by the company.

It is not great that there are 'sticky fingers' plundering the cash while the sale of the German business is progressing (well hopefully).

Maybe the 'average Jo' shareholder will be surprised at the outcome of the sale of the German business - he says hopefully!

Don’t like the auditor comments about material mis-statements due to not having done group accounts. Are the accountants amongst us happy?

what do others things of the recent Annual Report.
there is more information and description than i was expecting.
however the salaries of remaining directors still seem very excessive.

NAV is stated at 3.2m with 3.6m shares.
the investment in the German biz is stated at 2.8m with discussions ongoing,
so i'd assume that the auditors are comfortable that the discussions are talking about a disposal of 'at least' that value.
the great news is that the tax issue with german tax has been fully resolved.
running costs have been reduced so even allowing a run rate of 400k for the next 12 mths that would still get to NAV of 80p a share.
there is no mention of being able to use the tax losses - but maybe the buyer is a trade buyer?

any views from anyone else?
i emailed the company twice but no response.
i will try to telephone now that the accounts are out.
