You have no idea clearly what is involved in marketing and selling a property.

I take the view that if i am not sure of the details, then I keep quiet. Just my opinion, dont be scared to demonstrate your ignorance if you want

no not bought back. timing was a little off but it is way overvalued. average short at just over 419 so ootm at the moment but all is fine.

yes -- I had my house valued by a high st. agent and they said their charges would be around £6200 --- for doing diddley squat!!!

i stated i went short and averaged up. No one gets it completely correct, even me!. Happy to take the contrary view to most institutions. If they continually got it right there would be no reason to buy or sell individual shares.

Time will tell. Im comfortable and really glad im not nicky numb nuts, who seems obsessed with my position! Lets just say numb nuts, I didnt buy SGH at $8 or QPP at £6 like you did!
