If ever there was a day to be buying back some cheap stock! Management might be nimble in shutting down failed drug tests etc, but they are a leaden footed lot/clueless when it comes to the workings of the LSE and adding value for shareholders. News after close tomorrow should confirm that we've dropped out the 250 as of tonight.

If KarXT isn't approved it will be a huge surprise - BMS didn't spend all that money without first having made sure that all was ok for the final box tick.

I was under that impression as well Edward. Although on the Analyst call the CEO mentioned that the royalty payments were 'small'. If approved there is definitely a payment inbound.

Just reading Liberums research note from Nov last year. They state that KarXt approval will trigger a $100m payment from Royalty Pharma.

Also a successful Phase 2b for LYT100 pushed their price target from sub £3 to over £4. LYT100 forecast to do over $1bn in sales.

We are at the IPO price of 9 years ago.market cap £390m .£300m in cash.£300m to come in Karuna milestones.LYT100 could be worth 250p per share plus .Seaport has 3 potential blockbusters.could be a $10bn co in coming years ...insane

Puretech will come out of the ftse next week because the market cap is below the threshold for inclusion.this explains the selling as trackers prepare to unwind their positions.we are now very close to the short term lows.the start of the Puretech 2.0 journey can then begin. The new presentation is a sign of change.good people who want to make a difference to patients lives and create significant value for shareholders.expectations are being managed.the year end cash position forecast is a prime example.doesn't include milestones that Puretech will receive on FDA approval for Karuna.Crazy upside.

Bit more. The close on tues is the calculation date, but currently we are plumb bottom, with IPO doing big buybacks to keep above us. Of course, IP Group has similarities to PRTC, with it also trading at a very large discount to its VCish portfolio. Your UK investor will always much rather back a steady, safe div payer than a racy high risk/return grower. Good luck to whoever in the new govt has the job of getting UK pension funds etc to back growth equities...

Just realised that we're about to get kicked out the FTSE250, which surely explains the recent selling pressure. Apologies if I'm saying something which everyone else knew.
