Those numbers are above and beyond the milestone payments. I would guess some sort of payment at FDA approval date, then further payments depending on annual sales

Reading the rns regarding royalty deal
It looks like royalty pharma get the 3% up to 2 billion sales then sales above that are 66% to puretech and 33% to royalty pharma
Royalty pharma paid 100 mil upfront
