Post #1812 and #1776. When the transaction completes (expected in Q2) and they receive the cash they will communicate an updated capital returns policy. Returning cash is contingent on transaction completion.

They still drop below cash (1.90) on a regular basis, i know this because my limit orders keep getting triggered. I am clearly missing something i just haven't figured it out yet

Its very clear that the capital returns policy will be updated on closing of the Karuna transaction. They don't have to say anything more until then.

Yeah , some patience on that needed but it should be coming. I guess it will be interesting how much founded entities raise too. I suspect they will get serious backing there. To take cash funding post 2030 would be a bit silly imho. Hence excess should be coming our way. Also I do think the royalty payout terms will be a factor. Is it post approval? Lastly q4 could be huge on the readout on 100...

Akili stock doubled overnight although its still only a $35m marketcap and PRTC hold 15% but its in the price for free. A year ago Akili had a marketcap of over $140m so it could be significant if the stock rerates - the Japan news is a significant milestone.
