I would like the know was the Independent article stating that Spot On were getting 50% of the field quoting words from Linn direct to the paper or a rehashed story from the proactive presentation. This is market sensitive information that was never officially released to the market. It was only stated in that presentation that we were "not giving away the farm". The info article also stated that farmout was to be completed later this present week.We were told in the presentation that it contained forward statement and that everything was on target,so this wasn't sensitive information. The 50% definitely was.Can anybody see a reference to the 50% split anywhere which presumably leave PVR 40% , LOGP 10% and the consortium 50%.I know of no place of reference anywhere. It did state in the article that they were words spoken by Alan Linn.If they were all is good.Down to the wire.Would we have it any other way.Loaded here and trying to keep busy to kee my nerve.I don't wish to be disappointed once more.We had enough of that before. The dream would be to be back at 15p- 17p with a positive RNS.This is where we were. This new deal could be transformational and could go where the brokers notes estimation. If Carlsberg did RNSs...

You can blame that bumbling boris's overriding ambition for selling his soul to the brexit cause. Worst ever PM and that is saying something indeed.

Us Brits in for a nasty cost of living shock unless a last minute deal materialises.

herm - all mine red today apart from a couple where rigor mortis set in. Shame as the cream of the crop has been going great guns until now. Think imminent US elections and threats of bullets flying may also be unsettling markets.

Yellowdog:The lawyers will take all the time available to boost their fees. The deal will come. Just try buying and selling a house and this is a thousand times more complex.

I don't expect anything until the last moment.

Clearly problems here - Exclusivity ends this week and no deal yet.Not a good sign.

Presumably negotiating not going well.

AL said just two weeks that everything was on time and all was fine so this is just typical market movement. New clients in will make it stronger. No panic.
