Exiting days and hours ahead...!! Everybody in here seems to be super exited, my fingers are crossed too that this deal will go through. But looking back, more and more red lights starts blinking... SpotOn' UK their annual accounts is overdue, their Norwegian website looks anything, but professional and doesn't have any information whatsoever, in my opinion not looking like a company with close ties to blue chips companies. hxxps://shorturl.at/uyNW5 - I begin to worry....

The PVR and Logp sp's have been going up over the last 6 months, or so, on speculation because if the farm out of Barryroe actually happens then both shares could possibly have further to rise. Of course since the start of April both shares have been marvellous performers. I only wish I had had a £500 punt on both back in early April!! Ah well no good crying over spilt milk!!
Will Barryroe be farmed out? I've no idea, but if PVR and LOGP want a free carry then I can't envisage a scenario where they keep more than 20% of the licence and probably it would be less. Typically a free carry farm out means the original licence holder only keeps between 10-20% after the farm out. That could mean between 8-16% for PVR and 2-4% for LOGP.

AIMBagger - PVR's chairman is on a £100,000 a year for a part time job and the CEO's wage seems to be a secret (correct me if I'm wrong). This company makes no money, has no turnover, no proven assets and still pays out 6 figure salaries. You couldn't make it up. The only thing they are good at is speculating about deals that never work out and printing more shares to pay their salaries. That said there are a lot of long term holders here, so I hope the F/O works out so they can get some of their money back.

How out of date is your info? Costs have been slashed, no big salaries for directors anymore. Alan Linn is a hugely credible CEO whereas under ToR previously we weren't going anywhere. This FO is the real deal, let's see where we are this time next week.

AIMBagger - The chancer's that run PVR have always talked a good game, but the main people to benefit have been the directors with their large salaries. The share price may go higher on speculation, but that's all it is. Recently some people will have made money on the share price rise (good luck to them), but PVR are a million miles away from even proving Barryroe is a commercial field.
