1- One would bet on tomorrow being Friday
2- Biden to be in the White House
3- The #Pvr rns extending the exclusivity period
I would have hoped that when the sun went down on the tanned one that so too did false dawns and indeed missed deadlines. We shall live in hope. With this news I wonder will Alan make Providence great again

Providence's announcement states that, pursuant to the term sheet, Providence has granted SpotOn Energy a period of exclusivity until October 31, 2020 during which time SpotOn Energy will, working in collaboration with Providence, seek to agree an appraisal work programme for the Barryroe field and develop commercial terms with the aim of concluding a binding farm out agreement within that period.

We will definitely get an RNS tomorrow or the proper effect of sentiment will be lost forever. If we get a delay accompanied with a positive forecast for the future farmout ,then the market will loose interest when it finally comes.We get good news with all the ducks in a row and Linn will be a hero and everything thing he spoke will have been the truth unlike our previous waste of space, the super snake oil salesman who raised the piggy bank for years and left us with nothing.Rock on tomorrow 👍😀

sportbilly1976 ... the thing being, unless you wanted to sell the new shares now or very soon, you wouldn't shell out the 3p for the warrants for another six months when they will expire.

I would like these out of the way. These holders would be classed as insiders when they took part in the placing and I feel confident the MMs are on the case.

my understanding - a shareholder takes part in a placing and get warrants attached. The shareholder later stumps up the cash for the warrants, which are then converted to shares...so the shareholder now has 10.6mln more shares
