Detailed haven't been disclosed yet... just presentation slides, market is going to price it in until percentage is disclosed etc it's a chance to buy ahead of the detail, the chances of this not happening now are very slim IMO.

Exercise of Warrants

Dublin and London – 15 October 2020 - Providence Resources P.l.c. (PVR LN, PRP ID), the Irish based resource development company (“Providence” or the “Company”;), announces that 8,181,669 warrants of 3p each have been exercised raising £245,450.07 for the Company. The warrants were issued as part of the fundraising in May 2020.

Providence Resources has issued a total of 8,181,669 new Ordinary Shares (the “New Ordinary Shares”) to the warrant holder.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Dublin for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and Euronext Growth. It is expected that admission to trading on each exchange ("Admission") will become effective and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on AIM and Euronext Growth at 8.00 a.m. on 21 October 2020.

The New Ordinary Shares will be issued and credited as fully paid and will rank in full for all dividends and other distributions declared, made or paid after the admission of those Ordinary Shares and will otherwise rank on Admission pari passu in all respects with each other and with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company. The total issued share capital of the Company, as increased by the New Ordinary Shares, will be 866,462,395 Ordinary Shares.

30% with a free carry would be wonderful. Much better than 80% of 346 million barrels of oil that is staying in the ground.

Would people be disappointed with 25to 30%.It tallies with the 90mboe mentioned in the brokers note.80%of 346mboe divided by 1/3is roughly this figure.

Could be that that they end up with 25 or 30% with a free carry through to production.That would leave LOGP with 5-6.6% approx.Let us hope we stay at APEC levels of 40% and 10% respectively.This is similar level that Aminex got from the Zubairs.The market didn't like those levels at the time of that announcement,but eventually saw value.Great buzz over there and Solo today.Hope we can experience more of the same here soon.Tomorrow will tell alot.
Now just to sort out those at San Leon. It will be up to PVR to sort that angle out of our share.Complicated Farm out.Looking forward to tomorrow and the presentation 😀

Could be a wee bout of the jitters that Alan has not cut quite as good a deal for Providence as the market and many on here expect. You pays yer money and takes yer chances.....
