06/9/2019 07:36 | What a state of affairs here.We have the Kommandor out braving the high sea surveying and getting seabed drill ready at a time when we should be excitingly chattering about rigs and oil and gas and possibly more reserves. We are left with an all time low level share price once more and about to get a raise away at 4p.There had better be good news around the corner. We have been drained dry by Junior and he is about to hit us up for a big redundancy payment. What a business person he is.Let | raisethestake1

04/9/2019 18:36 | From the lse PVR bb: LONGWAIT Posts: 3,461 Price: 5.60 No Opinion RE: Share holders Today 17:12 I think the problem is that HSBC are leaving PVR in limbo. If they rejected the payment, then PVR could claim that the contract has been breached. The question is, how long can HSBC continue to say that the transfer is being processed? I've never heard of a payment taking several months. >>>>> Why do the deluded optimists on the lse PVR & LOGP bb's keep on about HSBC holding up the transfer of the payment? HSBC haven't been mentioned on one of the PVR RNS's concerning the US$9m funding from APEC since the RNS dated 29th July. Since then there have been 5 RNS's issued on this funding issue and NOT one has mentioned HSBC as holding up the transfer of the US$9m. Unfortunately posters on the lse asylum often ignore the facts when it suits their agenda. The FACTS count, LONGWAIT! | papillon
04/9/2019 14:48 | To charter a vessel of the Kommandor type? $30,000 per diem? Add mobilisation charge. A very hefty drain indeed of what is left. | gunsofmarscapone
04/9/2019 08:17 | Unless they have a large amount of funding in the pipeline the survey is a complete waste of money. Staff losing their jobs with no redundancy payments while TOR wastes money on this show. I presume they had prepaid when they booked and couldn't get a refund. Never mind TOR still gets his wages! | hoper2
04/9/2019 07:24 | I hope that they can raise the funds to do the complete survey. Otherwise it will cost more in the long term to survey the whole of the projected area. Both in terms of money and time. | funtimejonny
03/9/2019 22:35 | Nothings changed,They only have enough money to do 2 site areas they are still waiting to receive the money so that they can complete a full survey.Read the rns again but a bit slower this time. | p5tvr

This means that PVR must now have the money to do so - in marked contrast to the last rns. This has to be a notifiable change, surely, so what chance early doors rns? >>>>> "This means that PVR must now have the money to do so - in marked contrast to the last rns". NO IT DOESN'T, riley9. Today's RNS categorically states that the "Site Survey to Commence This Week" and "The projected programme provides for a minimum of two locations to be surveyed at this time with the scope to increase the number of locations upon receipt of the APEC Loan Amount." You need to read today's RNS and comprehend it's contents before clutching at straws and spreading FAKE news, riley9! | papillon

03/9/2019 21:10 | Even posters on the PVR censored thread are becoming critical as the following post shows. How long before steelwatch bans him? LOL. Feelbo2 3 Sep '19 - 20:44 - 59297 of 59297 0 0 0 Apec's website looks and feels amateurish, no financials/informati Barryroe would be their biggest gig to date but nothing not even a comment or photo with TOR. Question needs answered, when and who introduced TOR/ PVR to Apec way back that might reveal the true startegy and end game. Confident TOR and Board have suspected since Q4 last year all was not right or true about Apec. Now looks the delay with permits suited and bought needed time. Sadly for TOR not coming clean sooner has destroyed reputation, credibility and Shareholder Action if he doesn't save PVR from going down the drain. | papillon
03/9/2019 21:00 | papillon 3 Sep '19 - 20:55 - 7010 of 7010 Edit 0 0 0 From today's LOGP RNS "Extension of Backstop Date and Notice Given to APEC As at close of business on September 2, 2019, no funds had been received in EXOLA's account. Accordingly, in granting APEC a further week's extension to September 9, 2019, written notice has been issued to APEC by Providence/EXOLA that, should the APEC Loan Amount not be received by the close of business on that date, Providence/EXOLA and Lansdowne reserve the right to end exclusivity, while also considering all legal remedies available to them against APEC for contract non-performance, including the re-assignment of equity in SEL 1/11." >>>>> Assuming, as seems 99.99% certain, APEC don't cough up the US$9m by September 9th then PVR/LOGP are threatening legal action against APEC. As bones warns a legal action could take years to resolve and whilst it drags on I presume APEC would retain their 50% stake in Barryroe. Bad news for PVR & LOGP shareholders. Surely O'Reilly and Boldy should resign, or failing that, be sacked for involving shareholders in this frightful mess that could take years to sort out! One can only assume both O'Reilly and Boldy were so desperate to farm out Barryroe that they've got into bed with a completely unreliable, untrustworthy, partner in APEC. A partner that doesn't update it's web site, has made no acknowledgement of it's Barryroe farm in and makes no comment on the current funding situation. | papillon
