Hermana I hope you're right. I wish they were clearer on who is funding the project. JIC not mentioned for a long time, a change of composition indicated during June and the RNSs since speaking of APEC's funders without naming them.

herm - I'm thinking major holders tapped for a sub as a backstop to the backstop. One way or another Kommandor has to sail round the top after refueling and shore leave/crew change....

I'm concerned that if for lack of funds they need to defer the survey at the last moment the whole project get edged back to next year because of the consent terms.

"In granting such consent it is recommended that the Minister of State require it to be contingent on adherence to the following conditions:
3. All operations shall be conducted in compliance with the provisions of the Rules & Procedures for Manual Offshore Petroleum Exploration Operations (RPM) and shall be carried out between 1st August and 30th November 2019 or between 1st February and 30th November 2020."

Also how would that fit with any Barryroe licence dates or terms?

I wish they were being more open about who the funders are if it changed as suggested in June. I wish the APEC website provided more answers than questions.

Nice to see the vessel.

Its so obvious whats going to happen. The money should have come a long time ago. Management will string this out until the AGM is done (they get their resolutions and salaries guaranteed for another year) then pull the plug on the deal.

Its sad, because shareholders have been strung along for a year in hope of a deal, when it looks rather like they've been strung along for another agm to pass then the shtf.
