Also don't forget the 4.5% net profit that the company still has to be paid to San Leon energy. And the loan may in theory be non recourse to PVR but it's secured on any Barryroe cash flows that do ever materialise. Many others are also reporting it as a very bad deal that has been dressed up. As they say in Ireland its mutton dressed up as lamb!!! "this is Providence's best asset, and it looks like its partner will take the lion's share of any revenues and has the option of taking control of production. Apec clearly thinks Barryroe is worth exploiting, but its terms indicate that the Chinese group ranks it as a relatively high risk"

I think bones698, over on the LOGP bb, is on some kind of vendetta against LOGP. He's entitled to his views, of course, but not when he posts LIES to back up his opinion and his post yesterday, as I detailed in my SARCASTIC reply to him, contained LIES.

FTJ I do think it'll happen as there's too much invested by the parties involved. Seems to be waiting on the Government at the moment so who knows how long that'll take. Short term no major effect on the share price tho, just another positive when it happens.
