Filterwest, i believe its a good deal, 2p reserves of barry is 338mmbo, we still own around 140mmbo and funding is sorted till production. This is undervalued big time now..Pvr has cash in bank c.20m also..

APEC will be able to subscribe for warrants over 59.2 million shares in Providence at a strike price of GBP0.12 per share (the "Warrants").

i think for news to follow on the deal. Chinese have deep pockets and may well make a bid at sometime.

Not too keen on it being a Chinese company.(Just from personal experience dealing with them) and wanted some back costs as part of the farm in.But at least we can move forward at last.Congratulations to the team for striking a .deal
