I hope your day was a good one. Mine was. Share wise HMZ on the move. Topped up elsewhere on a mining company. Found out when I saw my GP my BP is spot on and due to a diet changed over 3 weeks ago I have shed a load of excess. Aiming to get down to 13 to 14 stone which is achievable even with Christmas only 52 days away.
