San Leon Energy plc, the AIM listed company focused on oil and gas development and appraisal in Africa and Europe, notes the recent article in City AM. The Company's shares have been suspended from 11 a.m. pending the release of a further announcement.

See SLE have been temporarily suspended pending an announcement - rumour is, it's to do with Eroton. What a shock it would be if someone was interested in their stake in BROE ;-)

Rog,Sure is a slow moving project but NUOG specialise in this type of activity. Will have to speed up to make February 2018 work program deadline though.

But they may not be able to do that, "partner drag" I think is the technical term for it. Nor can NUOG fund much for that matter.

One thing that struck me at the time (2016)....was that they are giving a lot away at 50% if they agreed work program is only some desktop exercise.

For sure this rns has really lit a fire under the sp(not)!

I have not seen any evidence at all of any work being fulfilled under an agreed work program. Nor any mention of what the content of such a program is in detail. Presumably it entails all pre drill activities. Permitting I guess. But does it involve a sea bed survey or any further seismic or appraisal? All terribly opaque as usual with pvr.

Is there any evidence at all of any "agreed work programme"?
