07/6/2017 12:32 | Hold yer hats for Barryroe before end of week! | hermana3
07/6/2017 11:48 | They wouldn't have to if LOGP have to fund or forfeit their share. | zhockey
07/6/2017 11:42 | PVR buyout LOGP - possibility? | stockriser
07/6/2017 11:38 | If PVR go it alone with Barryroe and LOGP can't fund their share of the drill, then will they have to forfeit their share? | zhockey
07/6/2017 11:33 | Very good news this morning (on paper) but it will have little effect on the outcome of the actual drill. I suspect that is the reason, together with an overhang of last weeks sells, why the share price is slow to react. I feel sure that had this news arrived when the share price was at the 'target' 18p mark it would have taken us quite easily beyond. I must admit I had to read the news a few times to get my head round it but my conclusion is that PVR will benefit at the end of the day, whatever the outcome of D & D, and the cash will help to plan further drills sooner. Hopefully Barryroe. Surely it won't be long now before a good partner is found, or, they decide to go it alone, as has been suggested earlier. I too feel that a possibility and one which may help LOGP too. Get that rig rolling it may add another couple of P's to the share price regards | peaeff
07/6/2017 11:29 | Cantor issued a buy and 33p target following the news | zhockey
07/6/2017 11:03 | Nibbled a few more @16.25p. Kind of the MMs not to let it run away. ;@) | gymratt
07/6/2017 10:43 | Expect we may hear something by end of week | funtimejonny
07/6/2017 10:36 | But the seller would have to declare. | zhockey
07/6/2017 10:21 | Good question | funtimejonny
07/6/2017 10:20 | Zh, Could be spread over a few buyers. TOR said after AGM that instis were reluctant to buy in quantity as don't want to be identified as big holders in case drills are duffers! We and those clever people at TOTAL(No.3 company in Europe) know they will come in......... | hermana3
07/6/2017 10:10 | So 20M shares sold by someone this week, that's over 3% so where's the RNS? | zhockey
07/6/2017 10:06 | On now (edit: Justin just said hoping TOR will be on for live interview later in the podcast) | steelwatch
07/6/2017 10:00 | AVALON In the event that Capricorn exercises the Option, the final equity would be TOTAL (Operator - 50%), Providence (24%), Capricorn (20%) and Sosina (6%). Missed this in first reading | notaskanger
07/6/2017 09:43 | Should get a mention here shortly: Justin has already tweeted. | steelwatch
07/6/2017 09:38 | Zh, Patience Timothy! | hermana3
07/6/2017 09:37 | Ah well....cheer up lads. At least they now have plenty of cash in the kitty to pay the executive wages bill for the next 5 years. | funtimejonny
07/6/2017 09:36 | Davy comment: Providence Resources Attracts new major into its Porcupine licences; Cairn Energy options Avalon well Jun 7 2017, 09:30 IST/BST | Job Langbroek | Morning briefing Using its first mover position in the Irish western margin to best advantage, Providence has secured a free participation in the Druid Drombeg well and substantially funded a contingent follow-on well in the Avalon licence. The arrival of Total also further validates the prospective nature of the basin. While exploration wells by definition have inherent risk, Providence has secured a strong financial position regardless of the outcome this summer. The news should be very well received by the market. | steelwatch
07/6/2017 09:31 | Not transformative to the share price however. Can't believe it's lower now than pre Cairn farm in! | zhockey
07/6/2017 09:30 | look like sells to me.would explain why I was being offered 15 at the time when the quoted bid was 16.75! one price for us one for them as usual. not that it makes any difference, these type of holders have to sell into volume when they can | runwaypaul
07/6/2017 09:30 | Guess that explains the price drop... they haven't shown up on my screen as yet but I assume the buyer got these are "mates rates" | funtimejonny
07/6/2017 09:25 | 3 x 1.9m buys.... someones keen! | ianio5691 |
