herm I hear ya. None of the big 8 are going to increase anyway - that's a given. And, if they want to reduce they may have to find someone to reduce to. I just hope that the Icemax hits the black stuff !

1cag, TOR said at AGM that some institutions were cautious about buying currently as not wanting to be identified by RNS of filling their boots with a major drill round the corner. Hero or zero not in their herd driven DNA.

1cag,Cap Inc. still one of the big holders. May be nervous before drill spuds. The question is who has swept up their shares?

Someone from the ATM said that the funds were not selling!

At least that explains the volume, have they finished?

From 9.71 percent previously... so roughly a 10% reduction in their holding here.

Blustry,

When everyone is expecting something it often doesn't happen. Folks like NGMS who bought arround 12p and were planning to top slice in the ramp up may be have decided to take some profits early.

Bump - I think the closest you'll get is driving north on the Autopista del Sur into Las Palmas, looking to your right across to the southern end of the outer harbour quay/harbour wall. I suspect access onto that quay is most likely restricted...(edit) unless you hire a boat!

Blustry - I feel that some of those millions of shares from the placing at 12p are being sold into the market, and have been for a while. I dont think it's II's selling out, just off loading a few at a profit, and reducing overall risk. Once that stops then the share price should head north. AIMHO

Ladies / Gentlemen ,why are we dropping here, I thought the story was a gradual increase up to drill date. It does seem from the posts here that some bad choices have being made by management in the past , but I feel the new men on the bod have a deep knowledge of the industry.. ......Personally I am in it to the end, sink or swim..

Hi Z. It was supposed to be drilled a year or two ago from memory, but I believe one drill got deferred due to a defective rig and I think that PVR ran a bit short of money and Cairn were on with other projects so it ended up on the back burner. By now PVR own a bigger chunk of the licence so need to farm some out before proceeding further. I agree that it looks good and wish they had drilled it instead of Dunquin.

Do any of the long termers have a view on Spanish Point? It looks like a good asset on paper but rarely gets a mention, and any thoughts on why Cairn have been holding back a drill?

Using waypoints on Marine Traffic, the transit distance Las Palmas to Druid is c.1400 nautical miles which calculates out to about 5 days transit time @ c.12 knots.

Read somewhere the IceMax has a transit speed potential of 12 knots (13.8 mph).
