Look at his last post - total drivel and tosh. A CEO has a legal responsibility NOT to create a false market in his stock. ToR, prima facie created one last yr from the point of that statement.

read RNS's they are legal documents.

anything else is noise.noone who trades stocks seriously pays any attention to what the Boss of the company says.Its their job to talk up the business and promote it.

was it written in an RNS?


from what ive read it states they are at presently doing 'pre permitting activities'in anticipation of further drilling regarding Barry.

So love and money you have no issue with TOR stating a broe farmout was imminent and due end 2016 / early 2017, why would he create a rod for his own back, if you make a statement Like that you need to be damn sure it's already signed

Love and Money, Very good post and words of an experienced marketman. Wish I had traded this more as it is not one to hold and hope. Freefloat is tiny so prone to highs and lows. Hopefully we see some of the former before Summer is out.

These are the 2 real pertinent questions:

1. Please justify the millions of euros you have personally taken out of the company this last few years whilst long suffering shareholders have been near wiped out.

2. Finally, please explain given all the glowing talk and belief you purport to have in the Atlantic Margin why you have invested a miniscule fraction of your net pay this last several years in each of the capital raising rounds carried out.

There was actually the small matter that oil dropped to 30 from 120 during those years.....

don't see how that was 'Tone's fault.

Everyone thought he was the Messiah when oil was in an uptrend and flying the drill bit was turning and PVR was hitting the 600s and LOGP the 70s.

some ppl called the bottom and top correctly and sold and banked very large gains.

'Tone' has nothing to answer for.

He is the man responsible for organising very expensive offshore drills which he is doing.That is his job and he takes his pay for doing it.

the investors job is to call correctly the movement of a shareprice. Up and down.Nothing else.

if they don't see a trade or don't know what theyre doing they shouldn't be gambling life savings playing around with stocks and sectors they know v little about.

if you want a top job in the oil industry and the money that goes with it get one.or do as 'Tone' did and go one better and form a company yourself,you'll likely earn more.

if you want to operate on the stock market do it.

but please stop bleating on about how much the next man is making .
its got nothing to do with anything.

if you don't like the stock sell it,ignore it or short it.

sadly the market relies on the naivety of the average get richie quick dreamer who punts on stocks, in order to offload placing stock into.....mostly they are listed in order to raise funds and the price moves accordingly.

why ppl don't understand that baffles me.

(as for Tipsters etc ignore them.if they knew what they were talking about theyd be in the market making money not looking to skim off the punters/get traffic to their sites,or get cash producing dubious paid for analysis. and finally ,when goldman says BUY its usually because theyre needing buyers to sell into..try the opposite....) just common sense.

FTJ,TOR will be there for sure but it will not be an easy meeting if no news before then. Surely he has something up his sleeve with talks on Druid/Drombeg,Spanish Point,Barryroe and The Celtic Sea Marginal Fields at an advanced stage.
