cgod:I don't know the answer to your question but one possible reason maybe that PVR could still be awaiting final govt approval for the drilling of the deeper Drombeg prospect following the recent Cairn farmin. If so, I doubt that it will be much longer but IMO, they won't RNS until they can set a spud date. Then it'll be all go for mobilization of the contractors.

CG,Phoenix was highlighting yesterday what Druid could be worth. For about $18m of drill costs(if no further farmouts) Providence has 56% of a potential 5Bn barrels(assume a recovery factor of circa 30%) and it is easy to see that share price would seriously rocket on success. A 20 or 30 bagger is possible. And then there would be Drombeg too.....

Taken from Cairns RNS this morning.

Elsewhere, we have secured additional licences both in the North Sea and Barents Sea and farmed in to a number of interesting prospects offshore Ireland, where we plan to drill an exploration well in the Southern Porcupine basin this summer.

The game is on, its about time the share price did the SAME.

AGM, next week, news up date any time now, is this the last chance to get in at this price?

Full gap fill is about 15.5p so perhaps wants to close that first before heading higher. No doubt this looks very cheap at this price as we get very close towards the drill.

I've bought in here this and last week for perhaps the most exciting well this year (amongst the micro caps anyway). GLA.

What makes this particularly interesting is that a lot of the seismic interpretation and reservoir modelling has been done by Schlumberger with a reputation to uphold (not that I don't trust the Geoscientists at these little companies. I don't!). This de-risks the project significantly IMHO, albeit a long shot. Be lucky!

Zh ,Doubt Cenkos have been selling. Reckon Senior has had his total holding sold long ago. Only a naïve punter would say a placing is impossible here. Time to get rig on the move for sure...

Agreed re a seller in the background.

Logic says it has to be the liquidator still selling snr's shares. Be nice to know how many are left.

Who else would be selling at this juncture?
